LabCorp, Levittown NY

Worse experience ever! I've gone to various labcorp like those in Uniondale and Mineola to get wellness check done, with no issues. Yet when I come here, the "physician" who took me was rude and condescending since the beginning, which I ignored because maybe she was having a bad day and I just needed to get it done. HOWEVER, it got worse when she was doing blood work. She kept digging in and out the needle in my arm, clearly showing that she didn't find a vein properly before. I actually FELT the needle moving around in my skin and I did a quick glance at my arm, as I hate needles, and saw how mispositioned she had the needle under my skin. She finally asked someone to help her out to properly find the vein, which she still had an issue finding. I even suggested the other arm but she's like "No I got it.there you're done. " I left as soon as she said that because I couldn't stand being there any longer. My arm hurt and once I got in the car, I saw swelling in the area that she was poking around and realized she didn't even put the gauze on correctly. It took a few hours for the swelling and pain to reside. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would definitely suggest that this person gets retained, but most importantly for everyone else, I suggest to not even go here, but find another labcorp instead.

The worst customer service you can expect. White lady with glass is rude and disgusting. Use other locations or just go find out ur self.

They are over booking the place is small they just need to take in less patience during this pendemic

Staff way too slow and do not know how to manage patients. Too many patients and no social distancing.

Made an 8: 30 appointment. When I arrived there were seven people already waiting and they hadn’t started seeing anyone yet. Was finally seen after a 40 minute wait.

I went for drug test for my TLC license at 11: 23am, but the nurse told me it's too late. On the TLC website, is showing that they are open until 12pm. I requested many times but and I told them that I came all the way from queens, kew garden. But, still they didn't let my drug test. They should change their hours of operations on TLC website. I don't have to tell you how rude they were, I hope you got it.

I've been to this labcorp many times and always had a good experience. They are kind, sympathetic, but also very professional. While no one really likes having tests done these guys put you at ease and make it a much more pleasant experience.
