Waited for 30 min outside and no one appeared, run into someone that was waiting since 7am. Seems like location is closed, no sign or anything

TLDR: no one is ever here, it’s probably not actually a lab corp - don’t waste your time. Ugh, where is the 0 star button when you need it. Went to get my blood drawn on Monday and no one was there (despite Google saying it was open). I called before hand to double check if they were open, but no one picked up. Ok, no big deal, it was MLK day so they probably had the day off. I returned the next day at 2pm, only to see a dark, locked room. Called maybe 20 times to listen to the same automated man take me in circles over and over and over again. Perhaps the spotty weather caused an early closure or something. So, I called today several times, listened to the same robot man tell me about my options, and was ready to see a human being for the first time. Showed up at about 10: 30 - no one is there. I waited there for nearly 45 minutes before I gave up. The only other person I saw during my time there was another woman who was on day 2 of attempting (and failing) to get someone to draw her blood. Ultimately, I had to cancel my hematology appointment that I’ve been waiting 6 months for because I couldn’t get my blood drawn in time.

Came for my 9: 45 blood draw appointment. It was a fasting blood work and when I got to this location, it was still closed and about 5 patients were waiting outside. Apparently, no one showed up for work (again) and Labcorp didn’t even bother to inform patients scheduled at this location. I should have read the reviews first.

Came in yesterday at 2pm and they said they were closing (even though the website says 3: 30) and they told me to come back today at 11am. I came back and just waited an hour and there was no one there

After the difficulty of getting the sample, which was extremely difficult, the lab just lost it. No instructions on what to do next. No calls. No apologies. Unforgivably unprofessional.

Had an appointment scheduled then received a message that they opted to close early for the holidays. Won't reopen until the new year. This puts me in a bureaucratic bind as I need those tests now, not two weeks from now. Horribly unprofessional.

The corporation itself is a disgrace but the male phlebotomist in WP is beyond amazing. Andrew was able to draw my blood on the first stick with no pain. If you need bloodwork he’s the one to go to. I will say to have patience though since he’s running the entire office by himself. I had to wait a little bit but felt terrible seeing one man have to do EVERYTHING on his own. Labcorp should have two technicians at each location or at least have a front desk person to input the patients information while the phlebotomist draws blood. To make one person run the entire office and expect them to take 40 people in a day is outrageous. I definitely recommend Andrew but bring patience

I was nervous about coming here based on the reviews, but it turned out to be an efficient process. I made a morning appointment, showed up on time with a printed copy of my lab orders and was seen after waiting for 1 person ahead of me. The receptionist was professional and efficient as was the phlebotomist. I was pleasantly surprised and would go here again should the need arise.

Went in today and the phlebotomist was very kind as soon as I walked in. I didnt have an appointment and she helped me schedule one for the soonest available time. She was dealing with another patient who wasnt as understanding about the appointment scheduling which then had to leave and even then she didnt yell back nor did she argue. She explained the situation and was kind back to her even though the patient wasnt. Overall it was a good experience and I would love to have her again. (I think her name was Nancy)

The reviews initially scared me, but I've been to this center twice now and have had a very pleasant experience both times. The young lady honored both my appointments and was very friendly; I was in and out within 10-15 minutes each visit.

The lab technician was very polite and very professional. I took advantage of
Lab corps policy of waiting in the car to be called, I received notification and as soon as I walked in to the office. I was greeted. The blood drawing was simple and painles. I would not hesitate to return to this site again for future blood draws.

Worst experience ever.
Please do not accept pediatric patients when you don’t have a trained staff to work with them (at least to be respectful and smile to the kid) My son is four years old and never had this experience before.

Is labcorp really training their technicians. My PCP ordered a CMET (metabolic panel or chemistry) - the tech didn’t know what it was and just didn’t do it and mentioned it in passing. So now my annual blood work is incomplete. It’s ridiculous

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
I’ve never had such a horrible experience with LabCorp in my life. The lab technician was the only person working there which meant she was also checking patients. My insurance was never verified and therefore submitted incorrectly. My lab requisition unbeknownst to me required a fresh urine sample which I was not asked to give and instead they tampered with my 24hr urine collection and used that which was kept at room temperature therefore giving wildly inaccurate results. This feels like malpractice and is genuinely concerning to me.

Appointments mean nothing. They’ll take walk-ins before appointments and they won’t see you for hours after your appointment. This place is understaffed and unprofessional. You’re better off going to a back alley somewhere instead.

Just a mess. The check in system didn’t work. The reason I’m giving it an extra star is because the receptionist was nice, and sympathetic, despite the fact that she was literally doing everything from entering patients to drawing blood and dealing with urine tests without any help at all. LabCorp treats their employees horribly and they can’t keep anyone employed. The company is worth billions but they run the clinics like a third world country.
