Labcorp, Bronx NY

Really surprised at all the negative reviews. On the average, I come here twice a month. I have yet to have a negative experience. Particularly, the lady at the front desk who is always very personable. If I had a complaint it would be that more workers are needed. It's unfortunate that everyone knows how to complain but few people compliment. Surely there must be individuals other than myself who have not had an issue but fail to comment.

Don’t know how any body would give this place a star. Has to be owners family that will give good reviews. READ! DON’T KNOW HOW TLC APPROVES OF THIS DUMP SOMEBODY MUST BE GETTING KICK BCKS. PLEASE INVESTIGATE.

If I could give this place a zero I would, there was a lady at the labcorp that was so rude she kicked me out. And a older man that was around 80 because it was her lunch time, which I understand but there was no need for her to kick that man out. Also people was coming in asking her if they was at the correct location, and she was yelling and being disrespectful.

The Spanish white lady at the front desk has a very bad attitude and ver unprofessional. Be aware that they don't take cash. It's weird. They don't even have a sign to mention/ no cash accepting only credit/debit money order. In my opinion, i believe it's illegal

Well now I see why it’s rated so low. The wait time is absurd, people that were checking in after me, were getting called in before me. The waiting room was packed and filled with close talkers.

This was the quickest I've ever been seen at a LabCorp (in a good way). The techs were both friendly and efficient. I usually have problems with one of my regular tests but they figured it out on their own.

I had a great experience at this facility. No complaints. The technician who took care of me was very kind and friendly. She has magic hands. I didn't feel the needle, when she drew my blood. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. I had an appointment at 8: 30 AM. At 8: 00 AM, I checked in on my mobile device. Right away, I received a response back from the staff that technician was ready for me. This is my second visit to this facility. I will definitely continue to come back to this facility, when I need any laboratory work done.

Mss behavior and attitude stuff in the front and most importantly when you appointment time they don’t see and take more then 1 hours to do it. Very disappointing at the location and they think our talk or time nothing to them. Need much improvement on appointment.

Dropping off a specimen took 30+ minutes and they didn’t even run all the tests my doctor ordered. Disorganized mess.

Awesome staff! No wait. Booked an appt online and check in was a breeze. Highly recommending! Have to come back for the next few weeks every other day.

The lady in the front desk give you nasty attitude, she’s so rude and she things is the owner of labcorp

They lost my script lol. The doc sent 2 scripts and I confirmed with the phlebotomist and receptionist that there are 2 scripts. However now I have to go back for 1 script bc my doc never received results for the 2nd script. Disgusting, disappointing and unprofessional.

In response to the response, I filled out the form immediately. No contact whatsoever. I wish I could make this ZERO STARS for the follow up.

Avoid this place and go to Quest or any other lab available. You gonna spend hours waiting outside the door here and these staff here don’t care about you and will yell at you whenever they feel like so.

The rudest customer services that you can expect from them. Labcorp Bronx is the worst ever!
