Love the macaroons, they are always fresh, crunchy outside and velvety inside.

Be prepare to be outside in the cold waiting for enter if you go in a busy hour. But it's totally worth it.

Btw you guys should consider to specify that the line is for dine in and to go, because is a little confusing and some people skip the line

Crowded. But as always everything was fresh. Stop by. You will not be disappointed. 72nd and Madison Ave, upper east side.

Gorgeous Parisian experience! I loved the sweet employees and their helpful manner. I thought the dine in option was closed at first but there’s limited seating available with vaccination cards present. I ordered 2 macarons, a rose latte and was delighted with the amazing quality of the desserts. Love this location and hope to visit Soho location soon!

Wow. I stumbled upon this place while walking to Neue Gallery. If I could give it 10 stars I would! We got there JUST in time, because a line soon formed out the door. I can definitely understand why, the desserts are amazing. The chestnut cream dessert was delicious, I thought I'd have a couple of bites and spare myself the calories but I couldn't stop. It had a light sweetness to it, very memorable. Macarons were beautiful and excellent. Very cute venue as well. The lady in front of me goes there weekly to get one chocolate caramel bar, and I can see why!

The services is excellent, their atmosphere amazing, this place is paceful and beautiful, they have very good options for macarons and Hot drinks, also their menu its good, I'd recommended this place to visit with friends or have a romantic dinner.

El servicio es excelente, la atmósfera en este lugar es increíble, hay mucha paz y bellaza principalmente por toda la arquitectura, decoración y la naturaleza, en su menú tienen muy buenas opciones para probar sus macarrones y sus bebidas calientes, también sus platos fuertes son muy llamativos, yo recomendaría este lugar para venir a pasar un rato con amigos, comer o beber algo mientras charlan o una cena romántica.

The best Macarons period! They have amazing taste like no other. Vanilla, rose, blossoms, lavender many more are my favs. The Rose croissant is the best croissant I have had. The decor reminds me of rococo. If you want to impress someone this is the place to get luxurious sweets.

They have many collectable gift boxes and seasonal themes. I am trying to get the Halloween themed set this week.

In the morning to avoid the crowd. You can actually have a seat indoor and outside near the door.

Subpar service, standing there for a hot minute before even being acknowledged. I have a feeling service levels are predicated on ones appearance. Pastries were dank though, coffee was just okay.

We stopped by accident as we walked by. There are only 2 tables inside and 2 outside. The staff was courteous and kind. Probably because of the time (5: 30pm) the display was practically empty, but the quality of the macarons was excellent as always!

Service was great. Macaroons were better! However the over crowded venue took away from the "Gossip Girl" experience. I felt more like a sardine wating be freed from the can.

I feel so bad saying this, but as a life-long New Yorker trying the world-famous macaron of Laduree, it fell short of my expectations. I have eaten more flavorful chocolate macarons at a cheap bakery than the ones I purchased from Laduree. That said, the macarons have an aesthetic beauty, perfect for Instagram posts. They are also very soft, baked to perfection. But the flavor, the rich taste of chocolate ganache my heart yearns for, my palate tells me something is greatly missing.

I'm ecstatic that I was able to try Laduree in New York after not being able to visit Europe since pre-COVID!

We tried an assortment of their macaron box of 12 ($41) with all of them being as amazing in both texture and flavor as they are in Europe. The best ones were the black currant, the chocolate covered raspberry, the champagne rose, and the Marie Antoinette.

The line was out the store, probably short-staffed, but I'm just glad I was able to sink my teeth into these amazing treats. Would absolutely return.

Small and cute location. It gets very busy so there may not be enough seating. They don't take reservations. The macarons were excellent. I tried the rose criossant and wasn't flaky. They don't give plates etc like the soho location. It's more of a takeout place.

This place is amazing! The food is tradicional french bakery also the French deco is marvelous! Super recommend for afternoon tea o coffee lovers!

Everything is excellent. This Paris Pastry shop is just as good as the one in Paris. The coffee is also very good. You cannot go wrong if your willing to spend a little extra. But then you deserve it so go for it or surprise that loved one either take her/him there or bring some home for that special romantic dessert.

Got a rose latte here which was 5-star+, but the service at this place is a little wonky. Everything just seemed to move slower than you'd expect.
Do yourself a favor, have a little patience and that rose latte would be completely worth the wait.

Extremely friendly and quick service for the amount of customers waiting. The decor and window displays are so cute and well styled and the macarons themselves were incredible. The one employee accidentally dropped a few just into the counter while placing them in the box and got totally new ones for us. They clearly pride themselves on the quality and appearance. Highly recommend!
