Great place to hang out with friends. Great service and awesome food. Parking is the only issue. Even though it’s a huge parking lot, parking space is hard to find.

I came to New York to spend the winter break and the New Year’s Eve with my family, I had the best Mediterranean food experience at this location. You have to try it.

I’ve eaten here many times and every time the food is delicious. I love their spicy potatoes and kebabs. My husband and I loved this place so much we booked the restaurant for a family gathering. Their decor is also beautiful. I highly recommend.

Every thing good here. Food tastes good as well.
Only the hookah area has very cold. We were sitting in cold all the time. And heater was not working properly.

Visited Friday night with my husband. Went at 6pm as we had the baby so wanted it to be quiet. Christmas decorations were lovely. Staff fabulous and the food was very good. Baba ganoush and pita. Then shawarma and their signature kebab. Only thing I would have added was a wedge of lemon to the side of the kebab and maybe some chilli sauce but that’s just my personal preference. Portions were generous. Drinks good. We will be back for sure.

Great food that is authentic and delicious. The interior is gorgeous. And the atmosphere is amazing. I will be back again. Great chef, Great servers, and just purely amazing. I enjoyed the experience. Pictures of the food does not do the justice. The taste buds are tingling with enjoyment.

If I review a restaurant they are over the top.

We had dinner at Laila last night with friends.
I honestly can not say enough about this restaurant…

From the beautiful atmosphere, the fresh delicious food, cocktails made right… I drink old fashions and it’s a hard drink to get right… Laila did it 3 times on the money.

The beautiful belly dancer entertained us during dinner.
She is there Saturday nights at 8pm.

Now let’s talk about the gracious hospitality.
The owners come out to greet their guests, make sure you are satisfied and answer your every request.
Go have dinner at Laila you will not be disappointed.
I know we will be going back!

Well done to the owners and staff at Laila you are a prime example of what dining out should be.

Very bad waiter service. They rushed us to order then we got ignored the rest of the time. Didn’t come back to ask us for more drinks or if we wanted anything else. The mixed grill which was $35 was only 4 small chunks of chicken and 4 small chunks of beef and the rest of the plate full of dry rice. And the music is so loud like nightclub music you can’t have a conversation while eating.

Used to be a favorite restaurant but was very dissatisfied recently in flavors, portions and especially service. This is not the first time I left dissatisfied. Very overpriced for portions, especially the mixed grill platter. We will not be returning and I do not recommend. There are better middle eastern restaurants on Staten Island.

Chicken Chops - $20

These chops were grilled to perfection! Soo delicious - 9/10.

Laila also has amazing outdoor dining. Their heated set-up keeps you warm even in this freezing weather. They are currently offering a Valentine’s Day special so definitely check them out!

Belly dancer, DJ, Syrian MiddleEastern Food, delicious, staff is super nice, great lookin place, live atmosphere, great music, ethnic food and strong drinks, and HOOKAH, come here the place is great, lively loud, fun, dancing eating

Food is amazing and the staff is really nice. They have a lot of seating, was easy to get a table even on a Friday night.

Great to have some more variety on the South Shore. Can’t wait to come back and try more food!

This was one of my favorite meals in Staten Island. I ordered takeout (I got the mixed grill with rice) delicious! The chicken was perfect, I wish the lamb and beef were just a bit more seasoned but they were still so good I’ll definitely come back for more.

This is my second time here and it's truly a wonderful restaurant. Everything from the food to the service and of course the atmosphere is excellent.

I have never been there but order out a few times. I can't eat the food fast enough. Sooo good. Prices are fair and shareable with someone else

Lailia is my absolute favorite restaurant on Staten Island. I've never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, and the food is outstanding. The spicy potatoes are out of this world I've never had anything that tasted similar. The dip platter is one of my favorites and I get it every time I visit (the labneh is my favorite) on my last visit I got the grilled quails as my entree and they were amazing. Grilled to perfection. I keep coming back and love it more every time!

Personally never coming back the food was bad bro charged us for Shawarma and didn’t give us it. Charged for a lobster it was literally rubber the tablouh was sooooo bad omg why is it so sweet and sourrr I threw up once I got home the bread was hard literally so bad and why are ya putting the tip in the check what if we don’t like the service are we forced to tip such a high tip 40 dollars tip THATS a whole meallllll.
