Just received a new Ariens Platinum Sho. Awesome customer service. The counter service was great. Also the delivery service was great. Both girls explained everything thoroughly.

Used to have Very helpful staff they moved to a different company on Southwestern near Camp rd. I bought a lot of equipment there and about 3 days ago they recommended a edge redifiner after trying it for 10 minutes of usage it was obvious that it won’t work for our area since it keeps stoping due to clay in our soil. I tried to return and was told all sales are final as stated on the invoice (nowhere does it say that on my invoice). I will never go back there but rather go to the place the former staff went to.

Staff just left my lawn mower in my driveway. They claim they knocked on door and rang my doorbell but nobody answered so they just decided to leave it with the key still in the ignition. When I called to voice displeasure staff was rude and said they do that with all drop offs. I guess you get what u pay for. Make sure you will be home and keep your eyes out because they don't give u a drop off time just a date and you better hope you are paying attention when they drop off. Glad I don't live an in area where someone would have stolen it because according to Lake Shore they would not have been responsible if someone drove off with it.

The folks who work here are the most helpful people I've ever dealt with. They repaired my blower and hedge trimmer, walked me thru how to winterize it, even were to get non-ethanol fuel. BIG think you
