Lakeside Audiology and Hearing Solutions are fantastic, the staff are all friendly. The service is great and they really work to please.

The office is very friendly. When you wake in the receptionist greets you with a smile and talks to you like you are a friend not like a random person off the street. The patient experience is amazing. Dr. Kaza was so amazing- his bedside manor was so great. He was so nice and helped me understand what is going on with my sinus problems. This office is doing more than my old ent dr ever did. And he helped me understand why I am getting so many migraines. I will forsure be continuing to go to dr. Kaza.

I was seen by Dr. Timothy Kersey who was very pleasant & knowledgable he listened to my concerns and I had a very positive experience overall.

So grateful I’ve been to the ER three times the dentist twice and no one could help me and finally I make it to this doctor and she can help me! I look forward to feeling better and not sick all the time.

Dr. Kaza is very knowledgable, kind and helpful. He listens to you, acknowledges your symptoms and doesn't make you feel rushed. I would highly recommend!

While the staff was more than friendly it was a bit ridiculous they scheduled 2 appointments which required 2 specialists copays which for my insurance is $80 each.

The first appointment was to meet with the dr, look at my ears, and discuss my symptoms.

The 2nd appointment was the hearing test which was thoroughly checked by another dr. After I finished my testing I was asked to wait and speak with the first dr again. I waited for roughly 20 to 30 minutes before he was available.

The first dr explained my results saying I passed 100% and had no issues they could find directly related to my ears. He explained the symptoms I had are out of his scope of expertise and had no recommendation for what I should do next. He explained the muscles around my neck and shoulders connect to my skull near my ear. The muscular issues are likely causing my hearing symptoms but there is nothing he knows that could help resolve.

Summary - staff is friendly, billing methods/policy is set up to cost the consumer more out of pocket (2 specialists copays), doctors are friendly but inexperienced in other medical fields that could be related to why a patient is visiting the office.

Absolutely everyone who I encountered here was friendly, helpful and kind. Made my first visit so much easier. Would recommend to any of my friends and family.

Dr Kaza has changed my life. I struggled to get through the day. I have lived with hypothyroidism for several years now and he makes sure I get my levels to a normal range. He always has my labs ready and I love that he listens to me or asks my input about my health. There's not many doctors out there like that anymore.
