Lakoma Delicatessen, Lake Ronkonkoma NY

If i could give a zero i would, as i sit here in the parking lot at 4: 35 i went in to ask about the salads and i got “i couldn’t tell you” with a terrible attitude from the employee who cleaned up and wrapped everything and was upset i came in 25 minutes before closing. Sorry to be an inconvenience and bother your staff at the end of the day, waste of time stopping here. Pathetic. Terrible customer service

I'm giving this two stars because I know how hard it is to maintain. I worked there years ago and so did a lot of my friends. Food was great for years and years. In the last 10 years they have let the same 3 people destroy the business. All 3 of them think they are the best at what they do but they are terrible. I walked in there the other day and they were all on their phones. Nobody took my order so I left for the last time. It's saD. I used to love this place. Hanz would be so upset

I go here every now and then to pick up stuff. I normally go there because I used to like the potato salad there. When I went there the other day, The potato salad was too sugary. The point of me going to a deli for potato salad is to get something that's more on the savory side. Also they don't take credit cards still and it's 2023. I would consider going back to get other food, but I don't know what happened with the potato salad there.

Great deli that's been here since we moved to Ronkonkoma in 74. Sandwiches, salads and prices are great.

We used to be regulars a few years ago.since then we stop in once in a while to check progress.gets worse everytime.the salads not always fresh.sandwiches are all bread.but the lack of cleanliness pushed us too far.we wont be back.hopefully someone who understands the deli business will take over.
