Lalor Creekside Dental, Vestal NY

Broke a tooth so needed a crown - not a fun time but the people at Lalor made it as easy as possible. Very professional yet friendly staff, and careful about COVID practices. My thanks to the team there!

The professionalism, kindness, compassion, and family felt atmosphere is second to none. Dr Joes ability to create dentures that are so real, no one can tell, and all his work in all aspects are outstanding. I had an amazing 1st visit to Laylor Dental today. Everyone from receptionist, to hygienist, to dentist, to check-payment staff were all kind, professional and capable. I received a comprehensive and excellent exam and cleaning. I am going to make this my permanent go to for all my dental care. And a special thanks to Courtney.a gifted hygienist!

I had to go in on Nov 12 because I was having tooth pain. I was a little nervous (always thinking the worse). I saw Dr Mary John and she was amazing. There was nothing major wrong. I was so releaved, I stayed for an overdue cleaning! Very kind, caring, painfree dental office!

Lalor Family Dental in Vestal, NY has been performing my dental care for over a decade. I've had great service over the years, and no problems. My last cleaning and exam was last June. They think of all of the little things that make the experience as good as it can be.

The staff is very timely and friendly. They take the time to explain what they are doing and suggestions they have. They do not try and pressure you into procedures you are not comfortable with.

During my last appointment in July I was greeted by the receptionist with a warm smile and friendly welcome as always. I had no wait time and was brought back by one of the many professional hygienists there at Lalor. She took her time cleaning and polishing my teeth, my smile was beautifully bright following the exam! Dr. Kweun took his time answering my questions and was wonderful. From start to finish, every time, Lalor Dental always provides excellent service with a smile and treats you like family! Thank you Lalor Family Dental!

The very best dental care ever! The waiting room is so comfortable, with TV, refreshments and free wifi. It puts me at ease from the minute I walk in the door. Although I was early for my appointment, I had barely signed in to check my email, when Melanie with her reassuring smile called me in for my cleaning. That is the usual prompt service I receive at Lalor Dental. My checkup wasn't perfect, but there were no judgies about my dental hygiene habits, just clear advice on how to improve. All the staff at Lalor displays a combination of compassion and professionalism that is above and beyond community standards. I have been to four other Dental Clinics in the area and there is no place like Lalor Creekside Dental!

As always, the care was amazing. I was terrified of dental work for most of my life - until I came to your practice! I had a molar pulled with just novocaine and still can't believe that the dentist made me laugh while he pulled it! Now, that's pretty amazing:). Thanks for all you do.

I love Laylor in vestal. I always have a good experience there. ALL the staff there are very nice and actually care about you. Going to the dentist isn't always anyone's favorite thing to do but having such great service there makes a BIG difference.

My last visit I received a cleaning some of the best advice about dealing with dry gums from Marie, rub them with coconut oil before bed. Always amazing service from the whole staff.

I’ve been going to Lalor Creekside Dental since I was a child. Recently I had a chipped tooth that was causing some sensitivity, I called and the Vestal location got me in that day. The fix was quick and professional.

This is a great dentist that is always very clean. They have TVs in every room and free cookies or drinks. It's very welcoming unlike other dentist offices. Unfortunately, my dentist never wears a mask and that's why I'm only giving 4 stars.

I’ve always had the best experiences at Lalor! I started my Invisalign treatment almost 2 years ago, and have been blown away at how friendly and helpful all of the staff members are. They always greet me with big smiles and make me feel welcome & at home. I’ve been receiving excellent treatment from Dr. Lambert and am so happy I decided to go with Lalor Family Dental for my orthodontic needs!
