Valon and his team did a gut renovation on our ground floor brownstone apartment and the place looks fantastic! They worked quickly, are very friendly, and the finished apartment is stunning.

They took down the walls and levelled the floor to create an open plan kitchen/living room, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a new full width outside metal deck to provide the 2nd floor with access to the garden.it involved some structural steel work and structural beam work to reinforce the existing floor and wall. Prices were reasonable and Valon handled all surprises that came up during construction. Louis and the rest of the team were also very hard working, friendly and did a phenomenal job.we love the new apartment!
