Landmark Restaurant, Jamestown NY

Unfortunately- tonight was our third and final visit to Landmark. We drive from Pittsburgh for the snow biking and enjoy spending our money on good food and supporting the businesses here.
We made reservations 5 days prior and understand the need to still wait if it’s busy. However, four women entered the bar without a reservation and ambushed the first free table which should have been ours. Management should have informed them of the reservations and denied them the table but instead they sat down and were waited on while we continued to wait an additional 15 min, now 35 min past our reservation time before we were seated. We waited for over 5 minutes after being seated and no one came to us so my husband got up and poured our water from a nearby pitcher.
All this to say - it’s overbooked, possibly understaffed- be prepared to be stressed out. The food is very good but we have decided to no longer spend our money here.

Called last minute for reservations. They were able to accommodate but had to alter the time. Staff was great. A couple of times there were delays, but the dining room was nearly full and we could see our waiter had his hands full. Our drinks were served cold and our dinners were hot. We did not feel ignored.he offered apologies for the delays. Just gave us more time to enjoy our experience. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing. A lovely experience.

Warm, cozy atmosphere for an enjoyable new years eve on the town. Cocktails were high quality and affordable (I thought my bill was incorrectly too low.). It was nice to see familiar faces, especially Gabe.

Had a work party with my boyfriend. Super classy and friendly atmosphere. The food was exquisite and the service was wonderful. I hope to go back!

Our business group held their Christmas party here. Service was nice, food excellent. The dessert, amazing! The only negative might be speed of service, but that's to be expected for a large group and ordering off the menu rather than pre-order. Large menu, nice variety, prices vary. No complaints, have eaten here before. Restrooms could use some TLC.

A little racist. Say us n a corner on my bday dinner. Good was amazing I shall say. And the restaurant was very homey and pretty. But def need better staff. Very rude staff

As first-timers, we really enjoyed the whole experience. I'm gluten-free, and there was plenty to choose from. There were 4 of us, and all our meals were as delicious as they were pretty.

Beautiful array of lamb chops, so tasty best I've had even better than Charleston, SC.onion soup delicious and roasted vegetables were awesome.great atmosphere.make a reservation

A group of girlfriends went to Jamestown to celebrate a birthday on 9/16 and by accident (the other restaurant called to cancel our reservation due to shortage of staff) we had dinner here. Please let me say that we are so glad that the other place canceled us because the Landmark was outstanding! The service, atmosphere, & food was nothing short than phenomenal! Landmark we will be back.

Went there not knowing reservations were needed, hostess found us a table and was very nice, it was our anniversary, thank you for your hospitality. The Tenneys

Our dinner was fantastic, as always! The food is wonderful, the service very friendly, professional and accommodating, and the ambiance is lovely. And our portions seemed even bigger tonight than previously! And don't forget dessert after your wonderful meal - so many to choose from, but the Coconut Cream Cheese Tart is to die for!

Excellent food. All three of us had various seafood dishes, which were enjoyed by all.

Only small downside was we were seated next to a bookcase with another couple in the opposite side and I was privy to every word they spoke.

I'd definitely recommend.

This place is so quaint inside.always beautifully decorated. Now they have a new outdoor seating area with a covered roof and fire place. The food here is superb. I've never had one thing here that wasn't made to perfection. The bartenders and wait staff literally go out of their way to make your evening perfect in every way. So very fortunate to have this amazing restaurant close to us. It's a 5* by far!

Outstanding! Best meal we have had anywhere in a long time. All our food was amazing. Service was spectacular. Will definitely visit again soon.

Excellent on every course. The staff was great and although understaffed, they were friendly and professional. Definitely would return.

There are no words to describe the fabulous dinner we had. From the first bite of the delectable bread, to exquisite main courses and scrumptious desserts, Landmark is an incredible restaurant. It will not disappoint! Five stars are not near enough.

After not dining indoors for a while, we dipped our toes back into the dining room, so glad we choose Landmark. Our meals were lovely, the appetizers were perfect. Our entrees, chicken, tuna, steak and bowl dish were all wonderful. The black and blue tuna entree was especially excellent. Definitely will dine here more often.

Super Twin Tournedos with medallions well-flavored. Nice ambience too! I recommend. I heard great things about the swordfish.

Wonderful relaxed quiet atmosphere. Out-of-the-ordinary menu with appetizing variety. Friendly and efficient service. An evening you’ll savor. Art Webster
