Larkin Creek Luxury Apartments, Rochester NY

I've lived here for a few years and I've had a great experience the whole time - - Tracy is great, the location is nice, and you can't find a better apartment at this price. Highly recommend.

Thank you as always Tracy the manager and her maintenance Staff, they are Amazing. The quick response to my minor service issue and kind and courteous Staff! I Love living Here for the past 6 years! This place is awesome!

My experience is not a pleasant one. My disabled son and I receive social security.enough to pay the rent. My daughter makes an excellent living, and offered to co-sign if necessary. In addition, we have never had a late rent payment in 13 years.
We found out that the owners require almost four and a half times one's annual income, and they would not accept a co-signer. Then they said they wanted an entire year's rent, totaling to almost 18 grand!
I mean, the place is nice but it's no Taj Mahal.
I know that landlords must protect themselves, however, the fact that they would not even consider her is ludicrous.
We have always lived in what I like to call 'sub-standard' apartments, and had high hopes to live at Larkin Creek.
I just wish that money was not always an issue when it comes to people as not everyone is a liability.
I do wonder if every tenant that lives there is extremely financially well-off, and that nothing happens to their income; everyone is a risk.

I’ll start off by saying I absolutely loved living here. The property is kept up really well, maintenance is there in a timely manner, and I can’t say enough good things about the apartment manager, Tracy. No matter what came up Tracy was always on top of it and ready and willing to help in anyway she could. Living here it was truly a pleasure and if I make it back to Rochester this is the first place I would apply.

Great place to live! It was quiet and I always felt safe there. The staff were helpful and great to talk with. The other residents were friendly. The only reason I moved was because I got a new job in a new location and wanted to be closer. Otherwise I would still be there for sure!

One of the affordable apartments in Greece rochester, staff is very friendly, maintanence team are great too.

My experience at Larkin Creek is great, perfect location and reasonable rent amount.floor plan well thought out, bedroom and bathroom good size. Staff has been very accommodating and professional will recommend living here if you are looking for safe and affordable luxury housing

I work in the area and finding an apartment that met my needs was starting to be a chore. When one of my people called Larkin Creek they went down our list of requirements and they ticked them all. Seven years later and still here, I could not be happier with the place and the people running it. They always fix or replace everything in a timely fashion. The staff is professional and courteous. I still can not believe these apartment are from the 90's they are kept up extremely well.

We’ve lived here for a total of 3 months and we are already looking at other options for when our lease is up. We moved in in October, TONS of dead bees all over the apartment on move in day, as well as live ones. Horrible paint job. Don’t think our carpets were cleaned from the last person who lived here, as you can still see a very clear outline of where their sectional was. The person living here before us was obviously a smoker who smoked inside the apartment. The place was FILTHY when we moved in. The whole apartment smelled strongly of cigarettes. Outdated appliances that perform poorly. Our toilet has overflown twice now, for no apparent reason either time. Neighbors below us seem nice, as well as the ones next to us. Dog friendly. Those are it’s only redeeming factors. They charge you a fortune each month to live here, and it is anything but luxury!
