15It took too much time. About 2 hours longer than expected and without update. Also I had to use Uber to get service center since driver was not available over 20-30 min. That was not good service.
The employees went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed and in good condition. They even gave me great advice and tips for the future as I am a new car owner and driver. Would highly recommend to anyone and I will definitely be coming back for any repairs in the future. Thank you!

This Dealership had my car for about a week. Charged me two diagnostic fees ($325 x 2). This dealership is SUPER expensive for parts and labor or any service. They came up with over $10,000 in things they wanted to fix. I told them I’m going to sell it soon so let’s do the minimum. Communication was horrible all week. I had to reach out to them frequently (every time actually) to check progress or get an update. Not impressed at all. Do not recommend. They also went ahead and did a service I specifically told them not to because I investigated it prior. They did it anyway (poor communication between service desk and mechanic I think) and then they tried to reason that I needed it. No I did not, lol
They always help me.with my vehicles and when i had snow tires put on they wrapped my summer tires in bags before putting them in the trunk.class act.
I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and, to date, have always had it serviced there. The staff I've come in contact with are courteous and helpful, and I have never experienced mechanical problems with their work. However, in the course of recent servicing, one of the technicians apparently went to the trouble of going into my satellite radio settings (which did not need servicing), and changing the station to a right wing hate mongering platform. Aside from the unnecessary invasion of my private radio settings, I was deeply offended by the clearly intentional political message. This leads me to wonder the type of work environment that evidently led an employee to believe this is acceptable behavior.
I have been bringing my last 5 VW and Audi cars to this service shop since 2012 they have very highly trained senior techs and very knowledgeable service tech at the front. I service there my Golf R, my Audi TT and my wife Tiguan. Very efficient, professional and honest. Highly recommend it.

The quality of service by mechanics is amazing.
The team at the White Plains Volkswagen Service Center are absolutely A1, top notch, amazing Service Advisors working on VWs. I’ve worked with Jason, Kenny and Debbie in the past and each of them are nothing but stellar when it comes to customer service. Their check-in process includes an intro text message that allows you to contact them directly while your car is in the shop. This came in handy when leaving my Tiguan during work hours and sneaking in a status message during the day vs a call. All of the folks mentioned above walked me through how my new VW works and helped with other pop up items along the way. They aren’t afraid to answer questions which is one of the many reasons I’ll keep on coming back no matter what. Thanks again to Jason, Kenny, and Debbie for always being incredible to work with.

This is by far the BEST service station I have ever been to in my entire life. I am not only treated like family from the moment I step through the door, but the staff genuinely cares and wants the best possible solution for my Volkswagen car needs. They will stop at nothing to make you a satisfied customer. Having to take care of car issues is already stressful enough, and they know this and try to make fixing them as seamless and stress free as possible. They do not want to waste your time or money. I had a limited experience regarding my car annual NY safety and emissions inspection. They were professional and I was on my way all set in 45 minutes on a Saturday. Highly recommended at least for car inspection.
When i got into trouble with the dealership i bought my vw jetta from i found this service department, i met jason one of the service member at Lash auto group and his service was beyond exponential he explain everything that was going to be done on my car and completed the work in a timly and effecient manner.if anyone is looking for over the top service i suggest giving jason a call and experiencing for yourself
