Dr. Mechtler is amazing! I was passed around and misdiagnosed in Canada. Dr. Mechtler knew what was wrong with me. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He got me on a good treatment plan and had me see another specialist as well to confirm his diagnosis. With this being a rare issue he knew within minutes. Dr. Mechtler and his team are the most professional, knowledgeable and caring people I have come across in the medical field. I finally can work on a plan to getting my life back. I am extremely thankful. This is the doctor you want!:).

For the patient who claimed he has a “rare” illness. Dr. Metchler is a great caring doctor but admitted to me he does not deal with infectious disease. You have to talk to him like a HUMAN being to get answers and respect. Respect doctor Metchler and he will respect you back. Taking responsibility for your OWN health. Make the proper lifestyle changes so YOU can feel better.
If you are sincere and are a humble human being he will address your health issues and help you find answers. I myself have a history of infectious disease and Dr. Metchler DID believe me.

I waited only minutes in the waiting area before being called in by a nurse. She was nice and made for comfortable conversation.
Took my BP (which was great!) and weight and I answered a few questions.
Dr. M showed up 2 minutes later and was relaxed and up to date on my file. He had already read my MRI from this morning. We discussed and meds. All great!

Dr. Mechtler is a very caring personable brain physician in both neurology and oncology specialties. He is director of Dent Neurologicical Institute Pain Management. He is advocating for government and insurance allowance for cannabis use to patients that require this.
