Best Spanish food I've had in New York.atmosphere was great fun music and friendly staff

First and last time trying this place. Staff seemed impatient to get my takeout order. I ordered the skirt steak quesadilla and regular fries, the waitress/hostess said it would take 20 minutes to be ready, flat-out lie. Ended up waiting 50+ minutes to get my food, just when I was about to ask for a refund the food miraculously comes out. The quesadilla was not even warm, the fries were though so it left me wondering how long they left it out. Worst part of it all was that it gave me food poisoning. Terrible experience all-around.

I absolutely love this place BUT there is only one problem… the tips. I understand why they auto generate the tip but it doesn’t make sense as to why I should give my server 18% when she didn’t come check up on us unless we called for her or because she simply needed to take our order. No “Above and Beyond” service has been given… I still love this place tho.

This place served a fast food fusion breteen Mexican an Colombian, the flavors are truly original, everything comes out pretty fast, the attention is very nice and the ambiance in general make you feel back in Colombia.

Comfort food experience ️ waitress came around often to ensure we had everything we wanted. Good music, attentive staff and cool holiday decor made our time feel like we were away from the city noise. The black and red decor reminded me of the Ponce fire house. Will come again.

My husband and I used to drive from Long Island just to eat their famous entraña burger or specialty steak burger. We went today, and it was completely different. They’ve had a few adjustments on it for sure. We tried out their wings, the pineapple BBQ it’s not worth it. And don’t bother getting their steak tacos. The steak is not good quality. Very hard to chew, basically like chewing on gum. They added two strips of steak in the taco which makes it very difficult to enjoy being that every time you took a bite the whole piece would come out because the steak was hard to chew. Overall the taco had good flavor just really terrible quality in steak. Definitely won’t be returning, service is not worth it and on top of that it’s really cold in there. It was good while it lasted.

Went there one night with my girl we both left sick to our stomachs, diarrhea all night. I got a burger & she got an arepa simple selections. The place is nice tho the concept is amazing but could be cleaner

I just ordered a delivery. The amount of mayo and sauces the put on top it's just too much, it's impossible to eat. I ordered also side of French fries (basic and simple) and they put sauce on top! I just spent $70 on nothing!

Overall food is excellent but I ordered on the app 1st order said 25% off did not get that and when I called to inquire do not who I spoke to but the individual says " I don't no " and proceeded to hang up the phone on me.that's not good customer service if you dont no find someone who knows.

The only thing I get from here are the burgers. It’s delicious without a doubt but every-time we place an order and ask for hot sauce you guys have failed to provide any at all. In the past, you guys have charged $1 extra for one extra hot sauce, but failed to provide even one. Please provide the hot sauce with the meal. Otherwise remove the hot sauce completely if you guys are not going to provide any.
