I would not recommend you order from this restaurant on the DoorDash app (or any app seeing as to how they handled themselves). I placed an order which was confirmed at 12: 26 AM. A Dasher (which is a DoorDash carrier/deliverer) was waiting at the restaurant for over 20 minutes. I was then contacted by the Dasher and was told to cancel the order because the restaurant didn’t have my order or any food. I called the restaurant to confirm for myself, the male who answered the phone said “listen.you cannot order any food off of DoorDash right now. ”. I informed them that in fact you can order, have the order confirmed, and have a Dasher attempt to pickup and deliver the order. The male on the phone then told me that he “. Does not control that system [DoorDash]”. I believe it is very unprofessional to have your restaurant active on the app when your services aren’t available, but what I believe is more unprofessional is the lack of accountability the restaurant had for this inconvenience. Other restaurants aren’t available to order from when they are closed, out of food, etc. This is something that is easily avoidable with proper management of a restaurant and the app. There is no reason to be on an app that you cannot maintain or “control”. Not only is it an inconvenience for the customer, but also the Dasher (carriers/deliverer). The male on the phone then told me “there is nothing unprofessional about it, what ever they [DoorDash] take from you [money], they must return”. It takes a couple of seconds for the money to be taken out of your account when you place an order, but when you cancel an order it takes 2-3 business days to process the return. All in all, this restaurant is highly unprofessional! Late night food isn’t any good when you don’t receive it and lose money in the process. If I could give negative stars I would:)

I didn't get what I wanted but the Ackee and saltfish was very good. I'm going to try again today.

The best quality, quantity and taste. If you're around in the night and you desire some great tasting Caribbean dishes this is the place to be.

This lady gave me garbage once. And charged me 14 dollars for it. If I can post the picture I'll show it.

I love this restaurant! They prepare good food, they have a rich menu, The cook in that place is a real pro, I enjoy very much tasting all their dishes. The food is consistently of high qualtity, the service towards the clients is helpful. I go often to this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all.

I ordered a large Chicken foot soup and the cup was not full. There were one dumpling, one potato, 12 slice carrots 3 Chickenfoot smh

The food here is absolutely delicious. The service is on the money. It is a little restaurant but it packs quite a punch. Well worth a visit.

Great food - Better price than its neighboring competitor- Missing a star because it takes about a half hour to get food when your the only person in there. Even when I payed my money and got my food I had to wait 4 min for her to get change

When I don't want to cook, that's where I go. Latty's food is always fresh and never disappointing like some restaurants. The taste is always good. Latty is also so humble on top of everything. For authentic Jamaican food, Latty's Restaurant is the perfect place.

I went there 1/23/18 very early in the morning and I order salt fish and butter beans with yam and dumplin. I didn’t expect it to teaste good, but I was in for a surprise. That was the best food I have eaten from a restaurant in queens. It teaste like my grandma cook it. Spicy and nice. Best restaurant on linden by far.

The food is to die for. The wait sometimes a bit long but the food is worth the wait. Seafood and jamaican dishes are worth going miles to have.staff courteous and attend to detail. Hope they introduce breakfast menu soon
