Absolutely horrible service. Refused to do one shirt and even didn't want to do it when I told them I would pay for the two shirt minimum. She said it would take 4 days to get it back if I wanted her to do just the one shirt.

Used this place loads over various visits to East Village.
Never had any issues, will continue to use when we visit.
About $2 per pound (May 2023) of laundry which seems like a bargain for 24 hour turnaround.

Over a year of using their wash& fold services and they have never lost an article of clothing. Great service.

They're one of the best wash and fold places in the area. Quick, convenient, and reasonably priced for manhattan
