I have been coming to this location for over 25 yr. However I did have incident and they were not willing to do the right thing. There are a ton of other salons. Spend your money where you are valued as a customer.

They charged my 76 year old mother $75.00 for this gel polish manicure. They did not tell her the price beforehand. When I asked they told me that it is $30 for the gel polish and $45 for the designs! As you can see it is barely a line on most! Over priced and rude!

Artist I booked with cancelled last minute. New girl did great but the acrylics didn’t even last two weeks. Normally mine can last a month! I’m shocked and sad. Designs were cute but overall quality could be better

They’re amazing. It took kind of long to get started with our manicures but they listen to what you ask and they take their time to make sure you’re satisfied with your nails. I cant wait to go back for my gel manicure. My nails have grown soooo much I’m so happy

Not happy. I drove here 30 minutes and have been coming here last week months and at first was very satisfied but last 2 time I’ve gone my nails have chipped, cracked, peeled less than a week after. I got ombre powder paid 70$ and a week after already noticed that all the ends of the nails have ripples in them and look terrible and my big nail chipped 4 days after getting it done. Hard to tell in pics but they all have ripples.

Been patronizing for years services sometimes good but management and staff attitude is horrible. Had such bad experience this week. Vivian manager scolded me verbally for simply questioning price breakdown So embarrassing will never go there again!

Normally don’t review negatively but this place has gone extremely down hill and the workers get ruder every time I go. Tracy and Coco were extremely nasty to my mother and I. The last 4 times I’ve gone my nails have chipped, cracked and even peeled away after less than a week. I finally said something this time and the owner (Vivian) is extremely sweet and compensated my mom and I for the continuous mishaps. Even after this time, the nails look like absolute garbage. They work so fast which equals terrible quality nails. There’s bubbles, crease lines, and paint all around my cuticles. They used to be so good just 6 months ago but I haven’t left this place happy in months. I continued going to support this business because they were so good once but won’t be back anymore. Edit: After 2 days of this experience of Coco rushing my nails and rolling her eyes e cause her boss told them they were doing my nails for free to compensate the mistakes they continue to make this is my nails after 2 days. After one day they looked so blotchy and uneven and separated from my real nail and pealed off. My daily routines are no different and I am very careful but the quality and they way the nails are cured are horrible. If you don’t want to serve people and do nails properly for paying customers then just stop. Will never be back

Had a full set of nails put on less than two weeks ago. Asked for UV gel tips, but it wasn’t the usual UV gel tips that I had previously gotten (the kind that were painted on like acrylic). These were called “clear UV gel”. I didn’t realize what was going on until after all the tips were on and she started doing a different process from what I was used to. Of course it was also much more money ($90).

I went back today for a fill-in (less than two weeks after the original set was put on) because one fell off. I was assuming it would be a typical fill-in price, but I was charged the same $90 that I was charged for a new full set 12 days ago. I questioned it and was told it was because I asked them to make them a little shorter, so they had to file and “reshape” them. Isn’t that usually part of what gets done when you’re get your nails maintained…they grow so they file them back down? I have nothing fancy…just a standard slightly rounded nail. Also mixed in the price was the nail that fell off within 10 days. For $90, those nails shouldn’t budge. Anyway, I feel scammed and am done with them there.

I asked for UV gel and had clear tips placed on my nails after I said I didn’t want them. Was told my nails were too short for French and they had to. The tips were coming off in less than a week. I went back when one completely fell off and was told they would put a new one on but I needed to just come back for a full in when this happens, I have had to put nail glue to keep the rest of the tips on. The paint is chipping off the tips and they look so grown out after only a week and a half. I do not recommend coming here.

Stopped coming here years ago because of rude service, decided to give it another try and it was beautifully redone, however Coco seemed very irritated she had to do my nails, she sat down and didnt say a word. She rushed through it and didnt do a 3rd coat on one of my hands when I tryed to explain that to her she ignored me so now one of my hands has a lighter color than the other. I asked to see what kind of sparkles they had and she automatically put silver sparkles on my finger without asking. Unfortunately won’t be back. Ashame because the owner Vivian is very nice. * Also when you call to make appt they dont even ask a name just ask a time and then they hang up on you *

Love this place I’ve been going here since it first opened. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Just adore Vivian

I am never going back to this salon! I have been going long enough that the owner should know who I am and I always make an appointment. Last week my appt was at 11: 00 I waited an hour and when the girl finally came over she didn't even apologize for the wait which really made me angry. The owner is always impolite and very abrupt with me I have no idea why. The people who work there are constantly trying to upsell it is obnoxious and very dishonest about pricing. The place is beautiful but the service is ugly. What a Shame
