Dr. Lustig is a great otolaryngologist I even met before. He treated my BPPV in the past, now he use his superb medical skills treating my friend’s ear problems. He has such warm and professional manner towards his patients. Both my friend and myself so appreciate in the good hands of Dr. Lustig.

Dr. Lustig has cared for me since 2019 when I had a sudden hearing loss that resolved. He was kind, gentle and very attentive to the issue. The hearing loss returned this summer and he has been even more amazing; going over and beyond to try everything to get my hearing back to baseline. I’m fortunate that what Dr. Lustig has asked me to do for my hearing is working. I highly recommend him, his staff and the Drs of Audiology at Columbia.

I was precisely 3 minutes late and had to wait 1 hour to see Lustig. No one came to check in with me and apologize for the long wait. Lustig himself didn't even apologize for his lateness. Remained aloof for the 5-minute visit, 2 minutes to look in my ear and say there was nothing wrong, and 3 minutes to write up a few referrals for audiometry, get up, and leave.

I really appreciated how friendly and patient everyone was, from the secretaries all the way to the Doctor. You almost forget you are in NY.
