It was like once in a life time experience as we enjoyed it like little dubai in Newyork amazingly entertaining.
There was a Marco girl very professional she provided best services to us.

Please don’t visit specially asian because they don’t care they entertain only their community people or else who speaks Arabic.
We requested a lot to play one song they said sorry we can’t if you understand Arabic just listen and enjoy or else your wish.specially weekend if any one goes they ask for music charges each person $20 but you will not get any kind of music and enjoyment.just they will welcome nicely once you ordered hookah or anything later on forget the customer and all guys and one girl is there I think manager or waiter so rude staff. I can’t tell in one word FRAUD place.

Horrible food! My sandwich had virtually tiny pieces of chicken that I was basically just eating bread. The dishes are 90% rice and 10% meat. Horrible taste, and super salty. The meat is too spicy to cover the fact that their food is tasteless and garbage! What a waste of money!

This place is a joke. They hosted an event there, we bought the tickets and drove all the way from upstate NY to get there to find out that we cant get in because according to them our son son was under 21 Which they never mentioned when we bought the tickets. Shame on them and who hosted the event and the owner.

Ordered food from here for pickup and after arriving at the restaurant no one was there to great me for 10 mins. After I told the employee I had a pickup he said he didn't receive anything and that they aren't accepting takeout orders. Even though the order was clearly accepted by the restaurant. They already accepted my payment and he refused to make the food and basically kicked me out.

Don’t waste your time ordering online they don’t have service but they will take your money anyway. I ordered from Grubhub. I got a call from the Grubhub driver that this restaurant is not taking orders, because their tablet is broken. Don’t waste your time ordering.

Reeks of hookah smoke when you walk in. This can't be good for your lungs. Say hello to lung cancer.

I can testify all of the reports of scamming here are true.
We went as a group and all the individuals paid their share to the server and left after confirming. At the end the server came back and said we have to pay as a single check even though all was paid for. They double charged us. I'm pretty sure the "lady" put it all in her pocket. What a scumbag.

Very bad new year eve 2019, table not for our reservation, food not expected, and one of the singer that we want to see didn’t show up.
Not professional stuff.

It was a worst place even seen before, second time have been there I guess last one service was bad and no body smiling I think they are working in a jail. Food was burned ordered kofta kabab. Definitely done with this place.

I got sever headache and feeling exhausted from yesterday because of the hookah it was weird taste and my friend got the same symptoms I would not recommend this place to anyone sorry bad experience.

The best thing about this place is the hookah, other than that I don’t really recommend anything here.

Terrible attitude from waiters! And they asked me for music charge even though it's only for men! Lucky I worked there in the past to know this and spoke with the manager! Thieves!

Love the vibe, the hookah and good food and drinks. Did I mention I love the vibe and the decor. Definitely check this place out for that middle eastern feel.

Over priced, and not family oriented, they take advantage of people, food below Average for the price, expect all kind of BS in your bill, definitely not coming back and should not be on any list to visit once you come to the city

The food is so good, also the manager Sahar with her staff are so helpful and polite people,
it's good place to visit while you are in NYC.

Very nice place. The service is great when it's not crazy busy. I will say you must visit the place to see the decorations/ set up.

Nice and beautiful place but food is very bad has no test & very cold.they shouldn't do anymore open buffet in Ramadan because the food is bad and very pricey the service its ok except the receptionist she has nasty attitude.
And the lady who was cutting the lamb very cheap & stingy

Good food. Good atmosphere for grownups. Not for children because of the Hookah. But a very cozy place all together. I reccomend this place if you're in the mood to sit n eat n have some hookah with friends or family.
