7My favorite parking spot when flying out of JFK. Indoor parking with security.you will have to get a ride to the airport though. Uber costs around $20 from there.
I had a worst experience. I went there for Early bird, i got there at 5: 26am. They charged me $18 instead of 10, when i spoke to the guy in the booth, he was extremely rude about it, and told me that i was 4 minutes early. I spoke to the supervisor, he told me
He couldn’t do anything, and life is not fair. Extremely unprofessional. I used to park there every week. I wouldn’t go there again.
Oscar is such a great guy. I was impress with his customer service skill. I never got that before in a parking lot. Excels at following up with customers to ensure they are fully satisfied. Thanks for answering all my questions Oscar. Many blessings always! I usually don't review any company but this gentleman deserves that people acknowledged his great work.
Don't waste your time. Whoever recommended this lot for JFK is just confusing people. Rate is $23/day, much more expensive than JFK long term rate. The area is somewhere by a shopping mall so you're bound to have some riff raff. It's still a long hike getting to the airport as opposed to walking 2 min to the airtrain.
The employee helping me after a 20-day stay was very kind and helpful, even if I told him I had lost my ticket. It helps to take a picture of the booking reservation. I would stay there again.
This is a great option for flying out of JFK. The garage is covered and close to the air train to the airport or getting a Uber to your flight.
STAY AWAY! I parked my car here for a week while I was traveling as it seemed convinient and affordable. When i came back I had scratches on my car and marihuana rubbed on my roof. The perpetrators even left a knife blade, glue and a nail file on my hood. I let the attendands know and apparantly the security does not watch the lower level so they let people go downstairs and mess with people's vehicles and then don't take any accountability for it, unacceptable. It might be cheaper but don't do the mistake I did and park here, put more money into more decent parking.
