Laz Parking, Syracuse NY

This garage has got to be one of the most disorganized and poorly managed that I have ever seen.

You aren't able to pay online, with a credit/debit card, or with cash. Only checks. The only way to enroll/cancel is in writing; they don't even have an online portal to do this stuff in 2020. Personally, after I enrolled, it took me 3 weeks to finally get approved. I had to pay for daily parking every day during that, which was nearly $120 for those 3 weeks.

The security guards are asleep in the office half of the time or in their cars by the front not paying attention to anything.

Place is very clean, well lit, excellent security and has some of the better monthly parking pricing downtown

The prices are great and everything but I don't really understand there monthly payment system nor how they handle it really. But if you do park here remember to always take all your valuables with you or hide them well

Says your handicapped accessible, but how is the wheelchair supposed to get up the stairs to the elevator? Worst parking garage ever! Construction in the center of garage, makes me question how "safe" it actually is if this is your attempt to be handicapped accessible.
