6The car was fine and it is one of the cheapest garages in the area. But the service is horrible. They took forever to attend to us when we arrived. We saw one of the employees (called Lorenzo) spend more than 15 minutes in a guest's car. He was just there with the car on, wasting someone's gas. In addition, they wanted to charge us 4 days even though our car was there for 3 days. Perhaps it was an honest mistake, but it felt like the employees just wanted to earn a little extra money. Never coming here again. I will park elsewhere.
Average pricing and the attendant was nice. They take your key and park your car. It's an underground garage.
Clean, friendly staff, great location, and they let me use the bathroom!
These people are ridiculous. I literally parked, went into the building, the person was not home, I went back down and they wanted to charge the hourly rate. I told them I literally went up and came back, they said they have to charge so they charged the half hour rate which I think is ridiculous. Never coming here again. I will park elsewhere.
Update 10/15/2020: bumping up from 1 star to 3 stars because the LAZ claims department came through for us at the last minute. We were generally happy with our experience here, but our last couple of months of parking here really soured a nearly 2 year relationship.

Awful experience. We have been monthly customers since 2018. We were very happy at first. We got in with a good rate as one of the first to park here and LAZ honored that rate. In 2019 one of the attendants accidentally broke off our side view mirror. LAZ took responsibility and handled the matter. Not ideal, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. This happened again over month ago, and LAZ has been awful at getting this resolved. We are paying over $1,000 to repair this, and are unsure if we will get reimbursed. I'll update if this changes. Needless to say, we're not parking here anymore.
I cancelled my monthly parking in March, 2020 and Laz has continued to charge my credit card for the last 3 months. I've contacted multiple people to get this sorted out and refunded, and they have all refused to help. It's disappointing after being a long term monthly tenant that nobody on the operations team cares enough to help me sort this out.
