Charges you for wrong turns. Accidentally took the ramp to the garage coming out of the tunnel, wasn't allowed to make a u-turn before entering the garage, and was charged full price for 10 seconds inside the garage-total rip off.

Came into the city for the day. This was a convenient spot right off the tunnel. The ramp smelled like urine but I was able to easily find a spot to park. It was $45 for a couple hours of parking.yay new york.
