I take my kids here all the time, they are so nice to my two sons. They feel safe here so i would highly recommend

Dr lazala is the most caring and loving person, she makes you feel welcome that goes for the staffs as well, i will continue my son to visit the clinic more often

Dra lazala.very professional, but the customer service is very bad, they put you to wait and your appointment is an hour, and spend the hours and you pass another patient in front of you.

DR LAZALA, is an amazing, humble person and professional. In the contrary her staff in the front are very rude (specially the lady with the heavy make up-light skin), you can't pull a smile out of her. They make it seem that you're disturbing them when you go to talk to them. Mind you we only come to the clinic ounce a year for a physical. I go out of my way by paying toll to come to NY and expect a little more professionalism. I'll definitely find another clinic around my area, this is not the place I want to visit when my children are sick.

Don't waste your time here they make you wait for 4 hours or more just for an appointment. They don't have any respect at all for anyone. And they make the appointment with wrong doctor even though you ask for this particular doctor.
I wouldnt even give them a star.
