I have purchased many Beautiful pieces from Lazaro over many years. Lazaro has so much talent and integrity in Business. I've known him for over 30 yrs.

Terrible jeweller who is disrespectul to his customers and lacks manners. He is a liar and a thief who said he repaired my bracelet when in fact he did nothing except tighten the elastic string. He wanted to charge me nearly $70 for basically nothing. My 9 year old nephew could have done it blind folded. I could have bought your entire stock a million times over but it was a matter of principle. He even lied about the timing and told me that it would be ready in 2 days when it took nearly a week for something so basic then blamed me for rushing him. All he had to do was add 2 extra beads to one bracelet and even his employee lied by saying it had been done. Lazaro is such a horrible person who wishes bad karma on those who see right through him. I left without my bracelets and glad i did as i would hate to wear anything that projects bad negative energy. I cannot stand dishonest liars. Shame on you Lazaro! And to think i thought he was a nice person when i first met him.

Would have given a zero star if it were possible. Customer service is atrocious. Most repulsive, dishonest and corrupt owner. I would never recommend Lazaro! Go elsewhere. So many other places who make beautiful pieces and staff/owners are equally lovely. This man has a HUGE chip on his shoulder and suffers from Napoleon complex. Horrid and spiteful "human".

If you are ordering a name plate necklace or something similar, do not expect any updates on what is happening to your order unless you seek it out, then expect to get no real explanation. I placed my order August 25. I reached out for an updated on September 19. They told me my order wasn’t submitted until the following Monday, August 28. They explained that the end of the 4 week production period falls on September 25th. After that, they then have to send it from the manufacturer to the fulfillment team, who then has to check it. That’s fine. On September 28, I asked for an update. They then informed me that my “fulfillment timeframe” was changed, and they said “order is estimated to be fulfilled by the week of 10/16, if not sooner than that. ” Well, 10/16 came around and I asked what the likelihood of my item actually getting fulfilled this week was, and they said “unforeseen circumstances have arisen regarding your order” and my “ order is estimated to be fulfilled by this week - week of 10/16”, putting emphasis on estimates and underlining week of 10/16. I have reached out to them two times prior to this and was not told about any unforeseen circumstances, nor did they even explain what that was in this email. The week ends in 3 business days so we’ll see if they actually give me an update or if I’ll have to stay on them once again. All in all, I will never order from this site again.

Mis quote the price at the beginning and in the end, charged me more than three times higher. I mean anyone can make mistakes but after I expressed my confusion, the response was like „ I repeatedly told him it’s this price“. And I saw from other comments, obviously it’s not their first time to „mis quote“ things. That’s not how u should conduct business so be alert people.

Terrible clothing and jewelry spot. Don’t make the mistake of going here. They’re crooked and make over 90% margins (so yes, they’re way over priced). Don’t say you weren’t warned!
