I'm happy with my experience purchasing a sofa at Lazzoni. I've been looking for a new sofa for a while and friends have recently purchased theirs from Lazzoni so I went to the Chelsea store to see what they have.

Guleycan and Behzat were extremely helpful in showing me all the options in the showroom and also mocking up what the sofas would look like with custom fabric. They were very precise in recommending options that truly fit my space by making sure we measured the space and how the sofa would fit.

Build and delivery took 10 weeks but it was well worth the wait. The time frame was communicated to me up front so there was no surprise. I landed on the Panna three seater and it fits perfectly in my apartment. It's especially a huge hit for movie nights with the adjustable back. The design is beautiful and elegant!

Several of our friends bought furnitures from Lazzoni so we knew of the high quality and clean, modern styles. Our experience from start to finish was great. They always recognized our faces ever since we went into the store for the first time. The entire team is very hospitable, patient, and took care of us from start to finish. These are high-end, luxury furniture with hospitality to match. We went into the showroom many times to test out different couches and see different colors and variations, and never felt pushed or impatience from anyone. We wanted design opinions, which Birce was very helpful with, and she also provided designs and rendering according to our floor plan very quickly. Even the white glove service team was courteous and prompt in setting up our furnitures without any problems. Highly recommend!

The Lazzoni showroom is beautiful! The design and quality of the furniture is excellent. Mehmet Can Akin helped me select a table for a client of mine, he was extremely courteous and professional. We went with the Mons table - it was a great price and very good lead-time. My client just received it and loves it! I definitely recommend Lazzoni, and working with Mehmet!

Lazzoni Chelsea not only has the most gorgeous furniture but the hospitality is above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. Azad Gun and his amazing team were incredibly helpful for an event The Geils Team and DePloy held there last night 11/2/23. We are incredibly thankful for their graciousness. It’s worth a visit and enjoy a Turkish coffee with Azad!

Lazzoni has a very clean modern style across their sofas, tables, beds, and closets. We have enjoyed working with Mehmet and the entire staff to design our apartment. Mehmet has exceptional patience and eye for detail. We look forward to browsing their catalogue every time we visit.

6 months later.

All furniture looks good when it's delivered. Had the Milda 6 months now it is holding up like a champion! This is a super high quality product, looks and feels like it is brand new. Relieved to know this sofa is built to last a long time!

We bought the Milda couch from Lazonni and absolutely love it. We worked with Biriz, but the entire staff was amazing with their interior design knowledge. They can even do a 3D rendering of your floor plan so you can see what the furniture will look like in your place. The quality of their products is amazing, people think it is a sofa that costs 3x more than it did. This is an extraordinarily well made product. The delivery team and warehouse were also fantastic. I cannot recommend this company enough. We shopped at 20 or so places and are so glad we found Lazzoni. Special shout out to Biriz who was incredible with her advice!

Great experience buying Met sofa sectional. The team took my MS Paint drawing of the room and patiently worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. I like the comradery on the sales floor, because I felt very comfortable starting the planning process with Birce and then finalizing the options with Bilal. The wait for delivery is understandable, however the delivery was a week ahead of agreed upon timeframe. The quality and materials used in making this couch makes me very happy. I will be returning to shop here again.
