We had a truly horrendous experience at this disgusting restaurant on our birthday celebration. The server we encountered was not only ridiculously rude, but also unhelpful. The table was dirty and sticky. When we asked for wipes he bluntly replied with a "no. " Later, when we inquired about hand sanitizer, he responded with a downright disrespectful "no" as well. It took asking another server to finally get wipes, only to have the initial server return and belittle us for questioning his previous false claims. His condescending attitude and dismissive comment when we requested another server were utterly disgusting. We promptly left, leaving behind our drinks and fries. It's truly disheartening to encounter such disrespectful and disgusting individuals during what was supposed to be a celebratory occasion. I strongly urge this business to address this issue and ensure that no other customers have to endure such appalling treatment.

I have not had a delicious steak Au poivre in years and Le Charlot’s aux poivre was on point. The steak was charred perfectly, the temperature was correct and the sauce was delicious.
And their bread service is so yummy!

Overpriced dog food. I paid $35 for one piece of grilled chicken and fries. No salad, vegetables or bread. My son got diarrhea on the way home from their pesto pasta with chicken. Service was terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Nice atmosphere and very good service but the food was disappointing. Prices are understandably high and competitive for the location but the meals could be better.

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was ruined by a waiter, who kept on throwing temper tantrum’s with the other employees

While the atmosphere was overall good (like all places on Main Street), the food was expensive but quality was poor. Hence: overpriced, and at 3.9 * still overrated.

The maitre’d is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Based on the numerous references in other reviews, it is truly unfortunate that a single person can directly negatively impact the restaurant’s performance. It’s a shame.

Rude workers, it felt like they didn’t want to work there and it all felt like a judgemental and a racially biased place. Additionally, the food was dry, and tables were not clean. I will never come here again. Especially with the $40 per person rule that my party was not informed of.

Very good French inspired menu with very good food and service at premium prices. Great indoor and outdoor dining ambiance.

Bad food at high prices; dry chicken with cheap fries for more than 30 is a shame.
The best was the bread and oil. Never again, go somewhere else!

The food was pretty good, but i waited 2-3 for some pasta and a burger etc.the table near me got the same food before me and i was here about 40 minutes before them. I got there 19: 53 and got my food 21: 40 the service was horrible and the waiters had bad attitudes. I dont recommend this place, and not at all if your trying to get a fast dinner either or if you have plans afterwards…

Went there for lunch @ 1: 30 pm. 45 minutes later, the waiter came to tell me that the kitchen need another 15 minutes.
When I told the owner I can't wait any longer that I have to leave.
He responded by ' Ok, you go'.

The guy with the mustache is super rude he will scream at you for no reason. Disgusting tables that are sticky and dirty. According to many reviews cockroaches can be seen at this spot. Go somewhere else

Nice place, friendly staff especially Angelika, decent food, good honest pricing on the "prix fixe", nice atmosphere.recommends.

Relaxed lunchtime meal service was good natured and good without being hyper attentive food was great) XXXXX
