Annie the manager helped me with picking out a new scent. It was my first time a Le Labo and it was the best experience. She introduced me to Thè noir 29 - she expressed how beautiful the scent is and it’s one of her personal favorites- she was very helpful and very pleasant! I’m happy i came to this location

Nice products as expected but costumer service was terrible, I was “greeted” by these two obnoxious men who seemed to be doing me a favor in letting me into the store, even the staff i’m the units in France are nice, go spend your money on another store!

Some customers expressed racially motivated negative comments, though employees were nice.

My boyfriend and I visited this store today at around 5 pm. Upon arrival, we spoke to 3 employees at once and said “hi. ” They didn’t say anything and proceeded to size us up and down. We walked around the store for a minute and then 2 more people came in after us at which they greeted them with a hello that rang throughout the small store. And then an older lady entered the building and they greeted her with a cheery hello. (We were the only Black people in the store.) It was at that point my boyfriend pointed out that they didn’t say hello to us and that he was turned off from purchasing anything, so we left. This isn’t a race issue, I only used it to paint a narrative of how it could come off. This was a display of poor customer service because employees would rather be on Instagram conversing about Drake while on the clock instead of doing what they’re supposed to be doing. I was very turned off and probably won’t be back lol. And judging from previous reviews, others feel the same.

Favorite products in the world, but the staff member were super rude and basically uninterested in helping out. So sad that an amazing brand has that terrible service, is not like their products are cheap…

Amazing and unique fragrances, awful associates at this West Village location they think they are too cool for school at this store, like they are doing you a favor getting test strips. They don’t even help you find scents and you basically fend for yourself! My first Le Labo experience at the Wynwood Miami store was such an amazing experience, knowledgeable staff, patient, personable and helpful until you find your signature scent. They even explained about the different locations around the world and their signature scents. I went into this location so excited based off the customer service I received in Wynwood and was highly disappointed! Associate scoffed at me when I asked to get my card locations card hole punched-I travel for work and plan on visiting as many locations as possible because I love the fragrances so much! I was going to get the travel tube and more of my Matcha scent but only spent $17 on samples because of the bad attitudes and lack of customer service. Totally useless and snobby staff. I lived in NYC for many years and was treated like a dumb tourist.

I was very disappointed by the service received in this store. While I love le labo and use their products (soap, parfumé, lotion) daily, I would never go back to this store for purchase. When I walked into the (empty) store with my friend, we were not greeted by any of the three idle sales associates. We’d gone into the store with the intention to purchase a new parfumé but since no one offered to help us, we just left. It was a pretty underwhelming experience and certainly doesn’t align to a brand of luxury.

The concept of this store is so close to my heart and to my soul too. I love the simplicity, yet enjoy the inspiring smells very much. This is my favorite parfume brand and my favorite parfume store, despite the insanely high price. Well, it's custom made, can you tell that came thing about other brands?

The employees in this location offer minimal support which lends to a bad customer experience

Came here on a holiday Monday, store had one other customer. They didn’t greet us and when I asked a question I was given an intelligible answer and a glare. We were smelling everything and the candles were covered in dust and hair. They barely had a smell. Such bad customer service I felt uncomfortable and left.

Typical little, bougie shop with unwelcoming staff who judges everyone that walks through the door and act like they have a stick up their a$$. Can’t even be bothered to say hello or crack a smile when you’re there to shop. Guy at the counter couldn’t even bother to turn their iPad and card read towards me when paying.

A shame the patrons here are too classy to treat these people like how fast food workers get treated because these guys deserve to get roughed up verbally and to one day have someone snap and trash the place.

The products are fantastic, the staff leaves much to be desired. The washes, soaps, and fragrances have great variety so if you know what you like, its a great spot to pick up smells. However, if you need some help finding something nice the staff I interacted with were simultaneously rude and incompetent. The shopping experience includes ultra luxury (detached) sales associates who think you should be thankful for them even considering talking to you. On top of that, our sales associate couldn’t answer basic questions about the product lineup. If you are going to treat the customer like garbage then at least make us think you are intelligent. I have no idea what the requirements are to work here but they need a change. Similar vibe to staff at beacons closet Manhattan (awful).

I absolutely love Le Labo fragrances.
However, the store is overcrowded. You can’t target one scent, so many people are spraying perfume. If I go again, I”ll to go on a Tuesday morning first thing. Saturday is to crazy for me.

One of the best places to be in Soho. This establishment has Elizabeth Street smeeling great. What I love the most about Le labo is how they make the cologne right in front of the customer which elevates the game even higher. The fragrances are really to die for and they last for a long time. Besides the colognes there are many other health and beauty products such as lotion, oils, body wash and so forth.

Stylish store with cool interior design, industrial style. They have a good collection of products and you can try them all here! Found my all time favorite no. 13 perfume and also the shampoo smells so good!

Pretty disappointed. I ordered the discovery sample set and when I received it one of the samples wouldn't spray. I emailed a couple times with no response. I finally got someone on the phone and they agreed to ship me a new sample which they did. I just realized that instead of the samples listed they sent me two of the same and left one out. Not a very luxurious experience. Pretty silly.

I visited here 2 days ago around 6: 30 pm and stayed until 7. It wasn’t as crowded as I expected, but still there were some people coming in and out. Although I liked the fact that the staffs did not bother me while I was looking through the products, in fact they are simply unwelcoming just like how some other reviews mentioned. But I went there to get hair & body products, only to face very limited options. Nice place overall, it just didn’t have what I wanted. (I got something else at the end, which I liked anyways.) I recommend this store if you are mostly looking for their fragrance and is okay to be “unbothered”.
