I am not happy that I had to replace 2 tires on my 2020 Buick Enclave that I purchased from you last year. In the year I owned it I only put 2500 miles on it. So how did 2 of the tires go bad with so short of miles?

I had a lot of things happen last year when I purchased my vehicle from Leadcar. From there not being a hitch on the vehicle when it was communicated there was, to the car taking over a month to get when it was there the whole time. Basically the auto shop thought the dealership was ordering a part and we only found out by me calling the auto shop. But what really upsets me is the rust warranty I purchased. It was over $2000 and was suppose to be the car paint rust protection, undercoating rust protection and full stain warranty on the vehicle. It was told to me that I needed to bring my car back once a year for a detail, if the seats were stained they would replace, re spray on the underbody and the stuff inside the doors. When I called Ziebart to schedule my appointment this month, they said this happens a lot. That salesman say the package includes much more than it actually does. The only thing I get is the spray underneath over the next few years. The stain on the interior is not a thing and they do not detail for free. They really talked this package up and of coarse when they delivered the car to me, they said my documents would come in the mail. He said the manager didn’t give them to him. Well they never did and when I called they said there are no other documents and assured me I would be all set next year for my appointment. I know it’s hard to find a car you like these days but be careful about any add ons here. No one has contacted me back and it is what it is. But as a single mom that money could of went on new tires that I already need one year later. I also was switch around after I confirmed I wanted the car to different salesman and each blamed things on the other. Not a great experience. I will definitely be doing business with you in the future when I decide to buy a new vehicle. I was introduced to you because of an issue with a vehicle I purchased at another dealership that could not fix the issue my purchased vehicle had. Your people have been nothing but kind and helpful through this whole experience. Which started out as a bad experience with the other dealership. I cannot thank your people enough for all of their help. You should be very proud of your team, they are exceptional.
After Tiffany your service individual was SUPER RUDE saying you have been overly gracious with them after selling me a LEMON.mind you I live an hour away and have been to the service department more than a handful of times since my purchase in January of 2023. I was then told they would no longer be doing anything further for me because THEY could not diagnose my vehicle's issue. I was then told by Timothy that they have also been overly gracious to me as he pretended to make a phone call and then comes out to tell me that I can take my business elsewhere closer to home where they can service my vehicle. This company is HORRIBLE.

We were on our way home from the Adirondacks towing a 28 ft camper when a wheel bearing went bad. We limped our 2013 GMC Sierra to Leadcar Buick GMC for what I hoped would be quick and good service. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From my initial conversation with Service Advisor Stephen Sykes through the diagnosis of what was wrong to the final fix and test drive I was kept informed as to what they had found. Just a top notch service team all the way around. The people of Utica are very lucky to have the service team at Leadcar available to work on their vehicles.
They did good with negating a sale of a promaster in Nov. 2022 when I bought it. They promised in writing to fix the glove compartment that was broken and to replace a drain tube that was lost in their service center. I had to call and email multiple times with little or no action, finally 6 months later (May 2023) they finally fixed the glove compartment, but had ordered the wrong size drain tube. They said they ordered the correct size and it should be in in two weeks. It is now July and no word from them although again I have called multiple times. I looked up on line and see the drain tube I need in stock multiple places. So why are they having a "hard time" getting this part? I waited 9 months to post a bad review hoping I would not have to and that I could post a good one for them. But this company is only interested in a sale after that they seem not to care.
After being “jerked” around by another dealership for 2 weeks, I decided to give my husband’s sales guy, Ray Bennett, a call. Within a matter of hours, not weeks, my deal was all set…. READY. TO. GO.
