Fastest service - priced better - kind compassionate and knowledgeable doctor Lewis Jassey- had less than good experience at my first renewal / money seemed to be at the core - I skipped 1.5 years before renewing again.

The cost is still prohibitive for retirees - why a 7 month doctor review instead of a year? The expiration of the state card is 12 months - cost should be far less if this is truly meant to be a medical assistance to people.

Products are also very expensive and vary in quality - the service - exam and product are almost impossible to afford on social security. Florida seems to be cutting off their nose to spite their face with their rules and charges - crazy with all the older folks here who could use the help.

Honestly so simple and so easy and everyone I spoke to especially when I was asking so many questions because I wanted to make sure I did everything exactly right and there were no issues on my end trying to get my card. However there were no problems the whole process was so simple and straightforward, right around 1pm or so there was absolutely no waiting I was the only one in the virtual waiting room and 7 physicians ready to see me I only waited about 5 or so minutes for them to review my file and I was immediately connected to a Very friendly man who went over my issues with me and was approved in no time. Really really helpful for people who really need this. And no judgment, the process is so easy people who may not have a nacl for technology could easily get this process over and done with.

I was very impressed with the doctor, extremely professional on all levels and very helpful overall. The whole telemedicine visit took less than 15 minutes and i never had to leave the comfort of my couch other than to print my temporary card from my computer once the doctor completed his recommendation.
