This lawyer is scammer who is going to work with prosecutors not you. I had a motion to consolidate cases and he failed to respond, thus cases got consolidated which means if anybody accepts a plea it is going to affect everybody. He did not make a timely withdraw of the case and billed extra $500 for appearance as an attorney for a withdraw of my case, whereas in reality his assistant came over to sign off, her price is not $500. They accused me as fraud for the court record for charging the fees back, when in reality the money were just ASKED to be returned in email and appeared on bank statement as paid.

Hired for a wage execution from 2009? !? Was yes'd profusely regarding stopping a wage execution. "we'll take care of it", I believe was the response. Since then, execution wasn't stopped. Paid the attorney fee to stop it, $2K garnished and $2.5K paid to settle. Was told that the garnishment amount would be returned to me. To date, I haven't received the garnishment refund and no one will return my calls as to when or how long the reimbursement process takes. Will file a complaint with the bar association regarding both parties.

This is the second time that I have used the Lebedin Kofman firm and they have done an excellent job representing me. Everything was done in a quick and efficient manner and they kept constant contact with me throughout.

No one helped. No one returns a call or even an email after staff promises they will. Asked for my my retainer back so I could get help from somebody else and nothing but crickets.

So disappointed. Thought an attorney you would hire was to help. Caused me nothing but anxiety.
