LEDO is an amazing barber shop. Welcoming environment, aesthetically pleasing and ergonomic atmosphere. I had my haircut with Ledo (the Master) who was pleasant and gave me the best haircut of my life! Extremely professional experience and I had a great time overall!

Worst haircut i’ve ever had.i asked for a taper and a fringe he shaved all my sides to skin and even went to the top of my head.and the back of my neck was all red and itchy throughout the whole cut.for $40 i expected WAY better.i’d give it a 0 if i could

Recently moved to the area and was excited to try this place as it's super convenient and has lots of great reviews. Did a walk in, sat there for almost half an hour during which nobody acknowledged me in any way, including some of the barbers who weren't even cutting hair. I'm assuming they were on a break which is totally cool but still guys, do some basic customer service. Anyway had to leave for another appointment but stupidly ignored this red flag and booked a cut for the next day on their website, which is a pain to use and had to download the third party app to get it to work.

The haircut is by far the worst I've had in over a decade. I'm a short back and sides guy, so it really takes some effort to get it wrong but these guys achieved it. One side is significantly shorter than the other so it's completely lopsided, then at the front opposite corner there are a few random hairs that seem to have not been cut at all so are dangling down. It's actually kind of comical. I now know why this happened - the person doing my hair absolutely drenched it before using the scissors and also sat me at an off angle to the mirror, so probably had no idea what was already cut vs needed to be cut more. Absolutely bizarre and this person has a ton of great reviews on their site which I'm now very suspicious about.

Obviously won't be going back here. Avoid avoid avoid

I recently moved to the neighborhood and was in search of a new barber. I tried LEDO and I will 100% be going back for all my haircuts. The place is super nice with an awesome attention to detail. I got cut by Ledo and he took his time to make sure I left with a haircut that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended to anyone in the area.

My second time here with Alex. The place is clean, staff very friendly and most importantly Professional. I’m impressed how quick Alex cuts my hair and get a job done with happily.

Day-one here since they opened. Great atmosphere, clean, and fresh. Barbers are from all over the world, and you’ll definitely laugh if Sal is there. Been going for years with Cesar who has never failed to deliver exceptional quality and service. Cash-only, so go and get yourself some cash and head over there to get a nice fresh cut for the weekend!

Crystal G did a great job with my hair and really followed my request of how I want it to look like. She was quite shy and very polite. I was also happy that I didn’t need to wait so the appointment started on time.

Been going to Cesar for years. Always happy with his work. Had a pretty funky haircut from someone else, so I only go to Cesar. But man a 60% price increase over 6 years. Feels like all these barber shops in LIC are in kahoots. Thinking about shopping around by my work. Hopefully the prices don't keep going up every 18 months.

The owner is a very kind and gracious person. There was a misunderstanding with my payment and he went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of. My haircut was also top tier. Rest easy getting your cut at LEDO.

Place is truly great. Just moved to the neighborhood, needed a cut, so decided to book an appointment. These folks are the real deal: clearly all the barbers there are skilled and know exactly what they're doing. Place is comfortable, friendly, not pretentious at all and in particular - Sal did an amazing job with my cut. This will be my regular spot moving forward!
