Legend Infiniti, Syosset NY

I feel I was unfairly charged $1,000 just for a diagnostic of a rear seat light issue, and they still couldn't pinpoint the problem. They even suggested that further work would cost an additional $3,000. It's unreasonable to charge so much without resolving the issue. Moreover, on my way back, the moonroof malfunctioned. This has been one of my worst experiences with a service station. Not to mention, I have extended warranty on this car and this is 2019 model.

Ok, well I do have to say that I was quite pleased with the shop. At First, I walked in and noticed the place was not as nice as the Manhasset shop and it was in an industrial park. So, I walked in and had negative preconceived notions and felt it was going to be a Honda type of long wait in a hallway with screaming kids kind of thing…. To be honest, I walked in with a poor attitude especially that the Manhasset store shut down so abruptly and left us sort of stranded.
Well, not only were the folks there super nice and quite professional and friendly, there’s an awesome coffee shop called mongos next door that has a sick vibe and made my day. Overall, I give my experience there 110% the extra 10% goes to the awesome coffee shop mangoes. Ed.

If I could give them zero stars I would. The service dept are a bunch of scammers especially wendy or whatever her name she told me orginally 210 dollars to look at the car then calls me telling me after two hours they can’t figure out the issue with my Infiniti even tho I bought from there then continues to say it’s gonna be another 210 hourly to look into it more I told her to stop working on the car because she told me different a story eventually I had to get
My dad involved because they wouldn’t release my car at first I called from a different number to ask about a different car she told me a whole different price and not mention the fact she said they do the whole diagnosis n can’t figure the issue then they wouldn’t continue working on the car and wouldn’t charge the fee which is 210 plus so I got scammed for 2 hours apparently n left with the car not fixed that I bought from them this is why dealers are scammers it’s sad don’t go there save your money they didn’t even out my parts back together just threw everything as this in th photo I call and all I get is sorry that’s unprofessional and disgusting I should receive a full refund because they did absolutely nothing on my car.

Went to test drive a brand new Infiniti with my wife and small child. It stalled out on the side of the highway, 3 minutes into the test drive. The dealership took over 20 minutes to send someone to pick us up from the side of the highway after repeated calls to the manager begging to be rescued. Not one apology by anyone except for the poor salesman. Totally unacceptable and the work customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. Luckily no one was hurt.

Wonderful experience dealing with Muni and the folks at Legend. Muni helped us obtain the vehicle we wanted at a cost we were comfortable with.

I highly recommend this dealership. They were very professional and never tried to add additional hidden fees after the price and payment we set, unlike Competition Infinity. Mr. Khan wasn't pushy at all and just wanted us to pick what made sense to us, not him. Will definitely go back.

This was my first time dealing with Legend Infiniti and they did not disappoint. My sales person was Muni (Awesome guy) who put me in the exact car I wanted for a great price. If you're planning on visiting, definitely ask for him. He handles business and is funny too.

I came here with my dad after going to several car dealerships but none of them were able to give us the time and effort as this location. Muni made this experience effortless. He made sure to give us his undivided attention and really showed us how dedicated he is to making sure he meets his customers needs. After about a year of deciding, my dad finally got a car!

Great dealership! Has a wide variety of cars and the best part was Muni. He was very convincing in selling the car, super knowledgeable, and cares to give his customers his time and undivided attention. He’s passionate about what he does and cares about his customers. I definitely recommend this location and ask for Muni!
