Leisure Tech did an awesome job building my inground pool at a fair price. Mike Martino, family and crew took responsibility for all aspects of the project-the pool itself, the patio, the fencing, the lighting and the seeding of the lawn. They were a pleasure to work with and I could not recommend them more highly.

Mike Martino and his crew built the lap pool I'd been dreaming of, but thought couldn't be built in my yard. They figured it out with me and were collaborative and creative. And they did it all during Covid!

As far as the actual installation of our pool, we were very happy with Leisure Tech. The bulk of the work was done in a timely manner and our pool itself, as well as some of the stonework around it, came out truly beautiful and unique. The problem came when we wanted them to come back the following pool season to take care of some things that were promised. Getting anyone to respond or take any of our concerns seriously after the pool was completed and paid for has been an absolute nightmare. Because we were so happy with the pool itself, we wanted Leisure Tech to come back to do some landscaping, such as laying top soil/grass seed in the parts of our yard that were torn up. We had been told they would be happy to do this work for us for an additional cost, but it took repeated calls/messages and finally threatening to go somewhere else before we finally got a response. Since we’ve had the additional work done, we have reached out several times to them because some of the work really didn’t come out great and they left a part of our yard in really bad shape. Whether we call the office, reach out on Facebook, or send personal calls/texts, we cannot get anyone to speak with us about taking care of it, despite the fact that we were promised it would be by both Mike and Karl, his salesman. Karl himself told us that the part of the yard we were concerned with looked terrible. Our drainage issues around the pool, which their guys came over and attempted to take care of, became so bad that we had to pay over $3000 to have someone else come deal with it properly.

Overall, this is a company who knows pool installations and can do great work, but once your pool is done it’s clear that they don’t value you as a customer at all and they will break promise after promise. Don’t count on them to come back to get the job done properly, whether you pay them or not.

Poor pool liner installation caused a leak in the liner after a short time. Also, the cement around the pool that was repaired during installation caved in. The company responded only after multiple calls and did a poor repair. I would never recommend them and certainly never use them again.

The team at Leisure Tech is professional, honest and fair. We've used a number of pool companies in the area, but once we met with Mike, Chris and Heather, I knew this was the type of family run business we wanted to work with. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. If you think pools are easy, you're mistaken. Pools and pool equipment are notoriously finicky and no two pools or filtering systems are identical. The team at Leisure Tech understands this, they know that every pool needs an individualized level of care, problem solving and service. We could not be happier with the way Leisure Tech services our pool, the way they prepare and closed it for the winter and then get it back up and running year after year. Operating a seasonal business cannot be easy. The fact that the same employees have been there year after year tells me everything I need to know.

Mike and his crew were very friendly, courteous, professional and on time through the entire pool project. Karl (the salesman) is funny and friendly kindly answered all my concerns. I even saw the boss cleaning up in my backyard! Excavation, installation, wiring and operational with all my major and minor questions and requests answered and done without any hassles! Luis and Carmine were very technical and knowledgeable thanks guys really. I just had to put in this honest review so you know you’re definitely getting your money’s worth at a bargain price. Definitely would recommend to everyone. Hope this honest review helps!

Mike and his team came and did a full Pool vinyl installation for us. They were professional really friendly and did an amazing job! We got custom cedar coping as well and it looks absolutely amazing. They did it at a time when all the contractors were giving his 4-6 weeks. We got it in 2 weeks. They were wonderful to work with.
