No complaints here! The front-desk staff are efficient. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the office’s policies and procedures were clear and concise. The two different PAs I’ve seen in my years at the office have been sweet and caring. And even though the assistant/tech in the room for my most recent annual full-body skin check was a male and I thought I’d be uncomfortable, he put me at ease (unbeknownst to him, I’m sure) with his kindness and professionalism. It was a great experience all around!

Great practitioners who are very thorough and who have medical students scripting for them. They don’t miss a thing. I will never go anywhere else.

Compared to where I used to go, I find this practice to be very thorough with their evaluations and you rarely have to wait more than a few minutes in the lobby.

I went to the Main Street office for my first visit. I was greeted immediately with a smile. The receptionist was so friendly. I waited about 60 seconds before I was escorted to the examining room. There again I was greeted by a friendly staff member who asked me medical questions. Betsy was the staff member who examined me with kindness and professionalism. I would like to commend this wonderful staff and recommend anyone who needs a dermatologist to go to this practice. Can't say enough good about my experience.
