Lenco Diagnostic Laboratory Patient Service Center, Jamaica NY

I was told that my insurance was not accepted and it was suggested to go to another lab. However I’m now seeing my insurance is accepted with this location. So why lie? Did she not want to draw my blood?

Went to Lenco as a walk in and I was pleased with the service received. Everything went quickly and the staff was professional yet friendly.

Horrible and very unprofessional and not safe at all. The lady in the front told me I have to know my order to get blood work and urine and she didn't even know who I was. She was rude. They didn't even know my name and told me not to sign in and just to know the order I came in. Then they make you sign a waiver saying if you get covid from them it's your fault and you can sue. Or any other diseases. Omg. I was shocked and left.

I went to this location and was assisted by and greeted by an enthusiastic friendly staff who explained what I needed to get done as well as my insurance and financial obligation. I walked in and was done in 15 minutes. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend Lenco for blood work. Thank you Lenco. I was very happy. She deserves a raise!

During Covid pandemic, We used Lenco Lab liberty location to send patients. Our Clinic is very happy with location services. Patients are comfortable. No Wait time. Girls are professionally trained. Highly Recommended.

Very unprofessional, dirty and no proper hygiene. The staff are not wearing sufficient PPE, the Phlebotomist has long artificial nails, she literally popped off the tip of her gloves to feel for the vain and ripped the gloves in half, didn't bother to change it. There's no hand sanitizer for patients to use, I sat there about an hour to wait for my ride and no one once came out to sanitize anything. The lady at the front can't instruct the patients how to fill out their paperwork. This place is a complete mess. Everyone is on their phones on fb. This is the worse I have seen in a laboratory.

I took whole my family there for blood work. Very pleased with their services. Happy to recommend. Friendly staff.

I speak Hindi. I went there to draw my blood. They are very nice. They have a staff who speak Hindi & Punjabi. Highly recommended.

The staff was professional and friendly. However the doctor was rude. Waiting time wasn’t bad I waited 30 minutes and I arrived early for my appointment.

One star for lenco not for girl who is working inside alone. There should be 2 employees all the time. If they dont have a employees then lenco should close this location. Really such a waste of time

Samantha Wolff is really a professional phlebotomist, I am a male 210lb and my veins are always hard to find, she knows exactly where to find the veins without double sticking me or fishing for the vein that cause bruises, her customer service is exceptional. A+ Lenco.

This is by far the worse medical facility I have been to in my life. I went to have some blood work. This place stated that they close at 3pm, I arrived befor 2: 30pm, and No one was in there but 2 workers. I was told they were close and they were not going to spin any more blood that day. This is definitely unprofessional who would have their employees behaving in this manner.
