Lenox Hill Radiology ACPNY Jamaica Estates

I have been waiting an hour for X-rays. I got the front desk to ask how long it’s take. She let me know Ian another two patient behind. So were here like 4 patients to do the test. And she can’t tell me how long it’s take and I asking for come back half an hour she told me if you go but you need to be rescheduled. Then I get back to my waiting place and waiting for half an hour. I spoke some one who is waiting almost 2 and half hour. And I go to the front desk asked to willing to leave and get my paper back. Now I am very upset to long waiting. And I leave this place without my X-rays. So I am not come back anymore at this place. Today is the last day to visit this place.

Very professional staff and appreciative of the great measures they have taken during covid. The radiology clinic is very clean, I went on a Saturday.

Room to crowded, cause me to have anxiety being around to many people in this time of our life (COVID)
Dont think I will go back to lenox hill at this location. They did practice social DISTANCING. But that was almost impossible being that they had one way in and one way out. SMH!

I will always get my mammogram screening at Lenox Hill Radiology. The staff is caring, professional, and they treat you with respect. The technicians knew how to move you into position in a way that would get the best image and moved quickly to lessen any discomfort. And the equipment is much better than equipment (in general) a few years ago. While I won't say it's pleasant, I will say it's not that flattened pancake feeling.

From reception to discharge and everything in between, it was a pleasant experience. My technician was very gentle and informative. Would definitely recommend LHR

On my visit every one was very pleasant and professional the waiting room was very nice all the seats were spaced out for social distances

Terrible would give one star if possible. My mother was a patient here a few weeks ago the sonogram tech was extremely rude and the room was hot when she mentioned to her it was hot the tech rudely said I know I like it like that I have an ac and I do not want it on. My mother stayed for the procedure with the mask on by the time it was done her blood sugar went so low from being in the heat she could barely walk, the tech was rude and dismissive did not care another staff had to assist her with water and make sure she was ok to leave. When I called for the office manager I was told they would return my call it is now weeks later no return will not return to this facility again.

Happy I came here service was extremely fast Naomi was so helpful great personality and knowledgeable In what she doing, I get nervous before doctor app she explained everything to me step by step. Ultrasound woman was also very patient and understanding

Excellent office. Their staff coordinates so well and they answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this office and all of their other ones too because I've been to several and my experience was always very positive.

I received wonderful treatment. Check in time could have been better had someone at the front desk directed me to the correct area to sign in for my exray.

However the free parking more than compensated for this issue.

I was impressed, even though I arrived early and had to fill out the first time paperwork, I still was call exactly the time I was suppose to arrive! Back home nice and early!

This was my 1st time getting a mammogram and visiting Lenox Hill Radiology. The areas is small but All the staff here are nice. The wait was quicker than I expected which was a plus.
The radiologist was very welcoming and made my experience a great one.

I was satisfied with my care and the waiting time was great. The radiologist was very professional and treated me kindly.

I came half hour late and explained why but had to wait over 2 hours to be seen by technologist. It was for my teen daughter. They wanted to send me to another location. They did not consider my opinion or child wait time but only concerned about their schedule.

The tech was very helpful and skillful. The discomfort I felt was so much less than last year. Maybe because of the new machine and the tech reassurance. Happy Holidays!

My experience at this location was not that great. I went in for a breast ultrasound that I had a referral and an approved prior authorization for and the technician tried to tell me she couldn't do it without first doing a mammogram. I told her my Dr from the year before said I only had to get a yearly breast ultrasound. She tried to send me away to book an appt for a mammogram and ultrasound together. I told her if I left I wasn't coming back, because what she was trying to get me to do was against my doctor's orders. She finally agreed to do the ultrasound. She proceeded to use and get an absurd amount of the ultrasound gel all over.even up to my neck. (Not to mention they don't even have it warmed) It was highly unprofessional and very uncomfortable. I would not go back to this location. When you are dealing with health issues, the last thing you need is to have someone bullying you at a medical facility.

Sit there for 2 hrs before I was called.
I will not use your office for any of my doctor visits. It’s awful, you shouldn’t sit there and wait any longer than 15 minutes. That’s why you have appointments. Who would want to sit in a medical office for 2hrs.

The service I received was top notch, but the 1hr I waited to receive service was annoying and on top of that I was scheduled for an appointment.smh️

Very fast service Naomi the front desk young lady was helpful she has a positive attitude and took her time to help me with my paperwork they Need more stuff like her in medical facilities
