I love that I will text when I reach the office, and they texted me back when they will able to see me. The technicians were very professionals. I didn't have to wait for the procedures.

The receptionist was warm, efficient and friendly. The xray technician was also warm friendly, efficient, gentle and efficient. The whole process took a quick 15 minutes from time of arrival to time of exit. However although the blinds were down in the xray room, there's a space to the left of them th6which i could see the people (not patients) gathered standing. Guess what? If i could see them because they were right up against the window, then they could see me. This needs to be addressed like putting a strip there to bar the view. I don't want anyone seeing my exposed breasts being xrayed like a free peep show!

I had a very good experience. My appointment was early this morning. The staff, from the receptionist to the technician where very polite and professional.

We usually go to the Lennox Hill in Kew Gardens, the Valley Stream location is the opposite. Clean waiting area, lots of parking. Upon walking in the admin was courteous and there was very minimal waiting time for our appointment as well as technician was very kind in explaining the process so my Mom can feel comfortable.

Today at the valley stream office I had my mammography done the office was very pleasant from the front desk back to the radiologist she explained everything to me I was very comfortable. I would recommend a family member or friend to the valley stream office.

The radiologist was excellent. She was patient, she showed empathy. She was proficient. I felt very much at ease.

The check in was easy and quick. The staff were courteous and ver helpful. The facility was clean.
