My mother had to go for a biopsy. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Everything was great.

All of the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this location for all radiology services.

I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received at Lenox Hill Radiology. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The radiologists and technicians were highly professional and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I was also impressed by how quickly I received my results. Overall, a top-notch experience and highly recommended.

Receptionist was courteous and efficient. The ultrasound specialist was meticulous and professional. Would definitely recommend this location.

Went in for an X-ray. My advice get there early to have a shorter wait time. Staff was nice. I was in and out in 45 minutes.

Staff very professional at all times. Technician sympathetic and helpful. True to their appt time. Disability entrance could use a push button or automatic door entrance, otherwise love their whole office set-up.

Reception area not very nice or helpful. Called my name incorrect didn't know who they wanted tten they called out my last name. She stated it doesn't matter, but what if I am waiting till they get it right. The staff is not professional it makes a difference. Your technician was very nice and helpful.

The facility is very clean. The front desk receptionist and the X-ray technician are very polite and explained very clearly. The location is quiet and nice area, just a bit walking distance from the subway. Parking space is not easy to get free.

Today I had an MRI appointment. The place is clean and quiet. The staff members are nice. The waiting time was short.

This facility has caring staff to put you at ease. Any problems they stick with you until it is solved. It has a pleasant atmosphere and everyone has a good attitude.

First time I was in and out for a medical procedure. I did the pre-check option and soon as I walked in they escorted me in. They were polite, explained the procedure and answered all questions. Very satisfied!

I had a very pleasant experience the whole staff was very nice and helpful. I felt like there was a lot of information given to me that I was thankful for. I wouldn’t mind coming all the way back to this location anytime because I’m all about customer service and care I’m happy to say there are no complaints.

My appointment was at 2pm and I was brought back at 2: 15pm. The 15 min wait was well worth the wait. The staff and doctor were very informative and the service was top notch. I would recommend this location to anyone. If I could give this rating higher than a 5, I would.
