I took my Disabled sister for many test and the staff are so dedicated to their patients and I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for your dedication and for making it possible for my sister to go for these test that she needed it’s greatly appreciated

Professional staff. Covid 19 precautions are in place. Early online check-in option. Clean waiting room. Competent and friendly staff. Short wait time.

Amazing they great measures to reduce the spread of covid i had a 10 o’clock appointment and i was seen and done by 10: 30 i definitely recommend

Poor manager cant handle patients properly there was an issue with my mom’s insurance co workers asked her a question she on her cell phone

Overall, very nice experience. The woman at the front desk was very courteous as well as the mammogram technician. However my ob/gyn informed me that he never received the results of my 2 previous mammograms.

Had an M. R. I of my knee done last night. I was happy that they had given me a late appointment so I did not have to take time from work. Front desk was pleasant. The M. R. I technician was a doll. She made me so comfortable and even when my swollen leg wouldnt fit in the brace that she needed to place on my knee area. She improvised and was able to get all of the images I needed. Thank you for the great service

Staff very friendly and the wait time was really quick
We came in as walk-ins and was a very easy visit especially when so many places do not treat their patients that well - especially considering these are not trips for enjoyment - was very pleased with the service I got - and now wait to see that the doctor gets the results beginning of the week

I've been to the Bensonhurst location a few times to have X-rays taken. It's very clean, the staff has always been friendly, and the wait is never too long.

My appointment was at 1pm but I got there 2 hours early because I was coming straight from the doctors office. They took care of me right away and I was out within 1 hour. I appreciate the fast service and helpful and friendly staff. Thank you!

Good service but terrible at getting you in at the time of your appointment. Very bad at this.minimum one hour delay.if your appt is at 8 expect to be called in at 9 to 930. If I could give zero stars I would.

Hi! I work for Dr. Norman Rowe on Park Ave and I needed to squeeze in a patient for a last minute mammo, and Allison S.was super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to get us an appointment. It was wayyy after 5pm and she stayed on he phone with us for about 10 minutes to get my patient booked. I rarely give reviews because of my busy schedule but I really had to stop and do this because she was truly a light that day. Lenox, you guys lucked up with Allison S.she is truly the epitome of amazing customer service!

It was a pleasure to go to this facility for my MRI. I was handled with a friendly smile and care. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating to me and that made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. The MRI technician was extremely thorough and with me not even having a chance to ask a question because he answered everyone I was prepared to ask. I highly recommend this place.

Disorganized, wouldn't want to return. Doctor was totally professional and pleasure to talk to.

In the future will stick to the Midwood Branch even if I have ti wait.

Tel phone call waiting time is too long. Would like to have direct telephone nuber to call instead through central.reception areas too crowded.parking is difficulr. Technician is nice though

I had a great experience at Lenox Hill. My Dr ordered a STAT MRI because I have been having muscle spasms and can’t move at all. Someone from Lenox Hill called me 30 minutes after I left my dr’s office and told me I had an appointment that night at 8: 45pm. I couldn’t believe it.
Once I got there the front desk girl was so sweet. It was a Friday night and I’m sure she didn’t want to be there, but you would never be able to tell. She was professional and so nice.
Now Karen the MRI technician was just amazing. She was a real professional. You could tell she has been doing this a very long time. She was patient with me. She helped me into the table. She was so nice to me.

I must say I had the best experience possible.

Shown up for the appointment early in the morning and surprisingly learned that I have to pay up the deductible prior for the service, otherwise, i will be rejected. As a patient, i totally understanding that it is a patient's responsibility to pay it. I would have prepared if i had advised earlier and not just at my scheduled appointment. Ironically, the manager of the center called back 3hrs after to apologize and claimed a msg was left for me the night earlier that deductibles are collected upfront. I have positively stated that i had never got any calls nor msg from any of the associates. I even had called the center the day before my appointment to ensure my insurance are accepted and whether i have to follow any special procedure like eating restriction, so why the info was not disclosed to me at the time? I was very upset and angry that i waste my time for nth but delaying my medical service and treatment.

Went there at 7: 45 am for my mother to do 3 procedures. Time is now 9: 45 and she still had done only 2. Front desk staff is efficient in what needs to be done, it's the staff that seems to lag behind. They seem more interested in having conversation and drinking their coffee instead of getting the work done. A mammogram, x-ray and dexa takes more that 2 hrs to be done? Seriously.
