I virtually signed in when l arrived and was instructed to wait outside until l was told to enter. Never received a text to enter and when l finally entered and told the receptionist that l didn’t receive a text she states she knew nothing about texts! Other than that l received excellent service and professionalism!

Place is very clean. The staff is very nice. But.be very prepared to wait a very very long time to get your test done. You are told to come 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. But you will be waiting over an hour pass your appointment time to be called to take your test.

The doctors are nice but the front desk staffs are not helpful. I have done both Xray and MRI exams here, and each process was incredibly painful. The wait was extremely long, even though I already had an appointment and arrived on time, I still waited for an hour and more.

Wait was longer than I would've liked but the staff was very friendly, helpful and communicative. People on the phone be rude as hell though.

Was a very good visit. I was nervous because I was getting a CT done. Registration was quick and fast. Very polite. I got there at 8: 15 and test was done by 9: 20. Ct. TECHNICIAN was a sweetheart. Her politeness eased my nerves.

Mr. Thomas was an awesome amazing technician. He was very dedicated to my mom, very professional and treated my mom as if it was his family. I’m super happy and want to thank him for the support and professionalism he had with us. One of your most amazing technicians

Staff was friendly from beginning to end. My only complaint is how long it took for me to be seen! Like I have never in my life waited THAT long to be seen for an MRI. I don't think the wait was throughout the facility but the waiting area for MRI's was packed. I was in there from 4: 45 till about 7: 30pm. Like I said - the staff was friendly so that made up for a lot. I even called their billing office at 8AM and had a pleasant experience. I would use their service again!

Lucky me, I have 15 minutes to kill to write this review while I sit on hold, attempting to chase around Lenox Hill for hundreds of dollars they forced me to pay when I needed emergency imaging, and didn't have time to shop elsewhere. They'll take your money, collect double from insurance, then you have the pleasure of chasing them around for your money for a month. This involves the aforementioned awesome hold times, plus a website with broken links that will prevent you from accessing your account in that manner. If you have the option, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I recommend Canal Radiology or East River Radiology, which are far more professional, treat patients respectfully, and wait to collect until AFTER they file with the insurance company.

I would highly recommend Lenox Hill Radiology, everyone is so professional, there was hardly no wait time and check-in was easy and convenient.

Extremely long wait times. I went in for a 2: 15pm appointment and was not done til 5: 00pm. Took 45 minutes to be registered at front desk despite filling out online forms. Took another 45 to be admitted for MRI. Took 30 mins for CD to be produced before I could leave. The staff is nice enough but the process is too slow. I can’t recommend this location unfortunately.

I was advised by the receptionist that my referral REQUIRED an approval by my provider AETNA. I was requested to reschedule my appointment INSTEAD of giving me the option to pay out of pocket. I had to suggest to pay out of pocket because I did not want to travel back for another appointment. Customer service at the reception area lacks professionalism. That aside the technician was A1.

This is my 2nd year getting my annual mammogram here and they are very polite and professional. It isn't a comfortable process but they make you as comfortable as possible. I also like that they have flexible appointments and online pre-registration. Overall, I'll continue using Lenox Hill Radiology for my mammogram. I would definitely recommend.

3 hours wait time with appointments. Won't choose then again next time. Staff and Doctors where nice, that’s why the second star. But something doesn’t work in terms of how they handle and schedule appointments.

After waiting for an MRI for more than 40 minutes, was turned away because paperwork referral had not been checked after calling and preauthorizing in advance. What a waste of time! Terrible customer service.

I was able to walk in and schedule an appointment which was better and faster (for me) than using the website. I was seen promptly on the day of my appointment. This was my first experience doing the procedure I was doing and the tech was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable especially because I was anticipating feeling discomfort during the procedure. I would definitely use this facility in the future.

Arrived at 3: 20 for a 3: 40 appointment at the Bond Street location. Reception was clearly overworked and salty about it. At 4 pm all the reception ladies fled like there was a fire. I sat in a waiting area full of people two hours. Finally I started looking around for a staff person who could tell me something/anything. Was finally brought back to change for my imaging and then saw that they were planning to put me in a closed MRI, rather than the open machine I had asked for and verified at every step of the process. Waited another half hour for the open MRI to be available. All told, I was there more than three hours in various freezing cold rooms. Next time I need imaging I will do everything in my power to go anywhere but here.

I have used this clinic for many years and always was very satisfied with my experience but today I was made to stand and wait with my cane to make a appointment for a biopsy after hearing the receptionist, seated at desk 2 complain that she was late for lunch. She sat there annoyed and ignored me fiddle around at the desk while the other two receptionist next to her help other patients. I look over to the receptionist sitting at desk 6 for help, she says yes than proceeds to make a phone call leaving to wait even longer. Finally after ten minutes of standing with a cane, I left very angry. Please teach your receptionist that the care of the patient standing before comes before lunch and a phone call. 5 minutes just to make a appointment was all I required

Today's experience was not good at all. My appointment time was 9: 20 am how ever after waiting at least two hrs and a half, no one should have to experience that long of a wait time. Bond st facility is the worst.

I had an 8 am appointment, I was in & out in a good time. My Tech, was nice, patient and explain everything she did step by step. Great place to do your exams.

The team at Lenox Hill were friendly and professional from the young Lady that checked me to my tech, Anastasia. I was out within 1/2 hour of checking in. The location is conveniently located from my place of business.
