The service was swift, the staff was friendly and helpful. Even had a lovely conversation with one of the cleaners, that made my day!

Received wrong information about services.
Though emails confirmed what I had requested, a text the day before my appointment dropped one of the requested tests.

Friendly, efficient, and comfortable. This location is much better than the main hospital location on 76th street. The staff were friendly and wait time was only 15 minutes. The tech was professional and made the whole thing a breeze! (I forget her name exactly, something like Melaina; blond hair).

This facility runs very smoothly. The young lady who greeted me upon entering the office is warm and friendly. She was very attentive to the clients.

Hello to whom it may concern, this location is great from all the technicians that take care of me. It will be an honor from Lenox Hill Department can have Mylogram machine in different areas. Where it will be easier for some of us, because it a hassle to get to Manhattan. Please consider what's is important thank you for understanding me.

The service was top noch and the ladies were extremely courteous and friendly. They were all knowledgable and you could feel that their greatest concern was patient comfort and safety. They were all very professional from the intake personnel to the technicians! A great experience for something many might think of as intrusive and unpleasant. They have my full throated endorsement and recommendation!

Severe safety risk. They offer no patient downtime after a lumbar puncture, technician says that it’s not needed that modern medicine has said that it’s safe to just walk around and leave as is. That is completely inaccurate, if you don’t lay down after for at least 30 minutes to an hour, the puncture site does not close and you can leak spinal fluid. I don’t care what’s cost-effective for your facility patient safety is more important. I canceled my appointment for tomorrow and I’m rescheduling with NYU, I told NYU what transpired and they said it was very surprising because an hour is needed after do not ever go to Lenox Hill Radiology for any serious testing. This test is only offered once a week and this is the only site that offers this in the Lenox Hill Radiology, it’s disappointing that they don’t even have the correct information for patients for their safety and do not have a plan in place for after.

From the reception to the exam service was efficient and top notch. One of the best Lenox Hill Radiology locations. Friendly, efficient and professional staff.

Facility is very clean and bright. I was a few minutes late but did not wait long for my appointment. All the personnel were kind and professional.

From the minute I walked in staff was very professional. Especially Enid who sits in the front desk. She treated me so kind and answered all my questions. Just had a great experience there. Thank you for having a great person up front.

Every aspect of my experience at Lenox Hill Radiology was absolutely brilliant. The staff members were all very polite, attentive and professional. On time - on schedule. I did not wait a long time to sign in or for servicing. My appointment started at the time in which I was scheduled for. The technician was very nice and she answered all my questioms. The waiting area, restroom and the office was super clean and organized, koodos to an excellent team and management!

In-person experience was perfectly wonderful. Very sweet and helpful staff; professional and efficient technicians. However, due to staffing shortage, they rescheduled my appointment twice—the first time was 30 hours before my appointment, the second time 5 hours before my appointment. I couldn’t make it to the new address they assigned me (yes, it involved an address change), and calling them to reschedule involved 1.5 hours of waiting. But in the end the staff helped me reschedule to a different date.

I am in Awe of Literally the Whole Team I encountered today. I wish I got names but I didn’t. The very first women in the blue scrubs at the front desk, was So Sweet and efficient; greeting patients as she was taking care of someone in front if her. The women two seats over from her in the black scrubs with a beautiful low hair cut, had to repeat something to the patient she was deal with several times, not because she was not speaking clearly but because honestly the patient wasn’t listening But she (the staff) was SO PATIENT, graceful and kind. Even the young lady to the right of her with the dread updo, so patient and kind to her patient who too seemed to be having some difficulty. Being on both spectrum of the healthcare (staff and patient) I truly appreciate seeing a healthcare team that treats patients like people and not just something to bill. Every single person I encountered in the office today (all 4 front desk staff, the x ray tech) were so kind and efficient. Straight to the point, timely and sweet. If I could them all 1k stars and a raise I would. Thank you all for the excellent service. I would recommend this location to anyone, especially people like myself with anxiety issues.

The women at the front desk were awesome the doctor’s assistants were exceptional the doctor himself was very professional the radiologist tech was great I don’t have any complaints whatsoever the office was immaculately clean throughout the facility

If it is about that time in your life ladies to get a mammogram, get it here. I always have a good experience from beginning to the end of my appointment. The staff is always professional and courtesy. We also have some laughs as well. We all hate the experience of the mammogram however, the techs here make it less of a bad experience and the machine that is used is great. Normally, I am in and out. Beautiful experience

My experience was great. The staff/workers are so welcoming and polite. I waited less than 10 minutes to enter my first scan. In between my three exams, I waited less than 5 minutes. They were quick and efficient. 5/5 would recommend this place for scannings!

The radiologist and the x-ray person was very good. But I didn’t find the facility to be as clean and Covid free as it should be. I didn’t see air purifiers anywhere around and in the Sonogram room was tight and look like there was dirt on the floor
