Lenox Hill Radiology Harlem, New York NY

My first time here and it was horrible waiting a long time to be seen. MRI tech came in late and had an attitude. My second time there was great Rose the tech for ultrasound is super nice. The receptionist Doreen is wonderful she really felt sorry for me because I had to wait to be seen.

My wait wasn’t long and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The radiologist was very pleasant and friendly.

Checked in with the receptionist and the Technician that did the MRI they all had good spirits and it was a Saturday morning appointment. The wait wasn't long at all and the MRI was less then an hour that's a plus everyone on staff including the security officer 2/11/23 deserve to be recognized for their good service. Thank you L. H. I went to have a knee X ray done other then the wait it was good the x-ray tech was great.

The technician was pleasant and I was seen fairly quickly, despite being a walk-in. Thanks

The 125th location is amazing. They are all so kind and respectful. Wait times are short. Facility is clean. I highly recommend.

The Technician was very kind and gentle with me. She explained everything that was happening and made me feel very comfortable.

My appointment was 2 hours late although I arrived 25 mins early.
The mamo tech was very gentile and that experience was pleasant.

I have had good experiences and great timing with Lenox Hill Radiology/ Harlem and would recommend it to anyone.

The receptionist who took care of me was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! And the X-ray technician was professional and the quick!

Walked in with no appointment, I was seen almost right away and was done within 20 minutes. I’m sure it’s not like this all the time, but they seem to have an efficient system in place even if it’s busy. Facilities were clean and everyone was very nice and professional.

I showed up early and was seen early everyone was so pleasant and the office was clean and Sanitary and so was the changing area and everyone who work in radiology made you feel relaxed my experience was Great!

I just want to say Thank you for a wonderful experience, as usual. So glad you guys are continuing to do fast, reliable work. You are always prompt, when I'm waiting, ready to answer my questions, and I like that if you don't know the answer, you find someone that does. It's always a pleasure to walk into a place where the atmosphere is clean, quiet and nice. The staff is on point, courteous, and fun at times, but always professional. I don't look forward to going to certain doctor offices, but yes this time I make an exception. Thank you guys️

First time here and I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Everything was very clean. I would definitely return.
