Very quick and efficient service. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians were friendly and helpful.

Went for two ultrasounds this morning. Andrea was the person who completed them for me. She was incredibly patient and professional. The entire staff was pleasant and kind. I would choose this location again if in need of the same or similar procedures!

This place is always so clean and so quick. Front desk ladies are always professional and polite. Technicians are always friendly and nice.

The making the appointment through the sign in the day of the appointment was very easy and user friendly. The staffceere friendly and professional. They took me in exactly when my appointment was for and the tech who took the ultra sound was also friendly and professional. The whole process exceeded my expectations.

Massapequa location is Very Good. The Tech Ladies are Great, knowledgeable about what test you are getting. I'm very impressed with the PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT AND RESPECT FOR PATIENTS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LENOX HILL RADIOLOGY, ESPECIALLY THERE MASSAPEQUA LOCATION.

The tech was superb. The man is the best health care provider that I ever encountered. He was informative, friendly, helpful. I am very claustrophobic. And MRI is a big issue for me. He made it easy ams smooth.
Only 4 stars due to the receptionist - they were not helpful, one didn’t wear mask over her nose, all they cared about is the paperwork and payment. This is a common issue with doctors offices, but it needs to change.
All the office staff is in health care providing, so they should behave accordingly.
I would till go back. It’s not easy to find a good technician.

The testing was problem free, obtaining the results was a nightmare. I was told that it takes 5 to 7 days to read the scans. Then another 3-5 days to have the report sent. This group probably spent a fortune to purchase Zwanger-Pesiri and thus cannot afford to hire adequate personnel. Terrible.

Went to Lenox Hill Radiology in Massapequa (formerly known as Medical Arts Radiology) for my annual mammogram & ultrasound exam. I found the front desk receptionists friendly, & the technologists were comforting, efficient & skillful. Would definitely recommend this location to friends & family

Quick, super friendly, super clean, happy to know that Zwanger Pesiri Radiology (who is also great but usually booked up) is not the only place to go in Long Island.

Had a great experience! Office staff is very friendly. The office is clean as well. I went for an x-ray and was able to walk in. I waited about 10 minutes to be seen and was in & out. Highly recommend!

I was upset that several people did not have masks, however they did reach out & apologized. I understand we all have bad days. The technicians are very friendly & create a relaxed & comfortable environment.

Arrived few minutes early, preferred to fill out paperwork onsite. Taken early, exam speedy and professional. My only objection was letter I received telling me I was overdue for my mammography. I understand Majestic bought out. THEREFORE since I never received post card (usual practice) advising me to schedule appt I was not overdue and new owner should have been on top of appts. Instead of end June, my appt was mid August. Staff courteous as usual.

Today was mu first time here! They were prompt and clean. The nurse was absolutely wonderful! She kept me calm and informed on every step of the procedure!

Great customer service.the Radiologist and her assistant was very detailed and explained the procedure. Very precise and caring.

I was so nervous for my procedure. The staff here is AMAZING. I can’t express how thankful I am for the assistant’s kindness. So happy I came to this location.

The ladies from this Lenox Hill facility in Massapequa were very professional and friendly. Compliment to both Natalie and Laura. Their upbeat attitude sure made the procedure less scary and less stressful.
