No one answers the phones, wait times are extremely long. The techs hate their job. My sister legit walked to this location just to speak to someone because no one answers.
Extra credit: Sharon the PCR is rude, monotonous and unhelpful. I suggest another radiology place. I only venture here because I’m 3 blocks away. But my heart goes out to anyone who travels far to this location.

The facility is new. Therefore the office looks clean. And for me, it’s a short walk…

I have had appointments here 3 times. 2 out of 3 were canceled on me. First was because their computers were down. Second was because their technician doesn’t come on Friday. They make you check in 15 mins.and usually there is another 30 min plus wait. The technician is very pleasant…

The receptionist called me over as soon as I walked in. She was pleasant, friendly and efficient. After, there was a short wait and I got called. The technician was also very nice.

Went for an ultrasound. The wait wasn't too long, but when I was called to the back for my exam, I was told I needed to empty my bladder. I informed the technician I had already gone and I was good to go. She LITERALLY tried to tell me, THE PATIENT, THAT MY BLADDER WAS NOT EMPTY AND I NEEDED TO GO THE BATHROOM. I'm an African American woman who also works in the medical field, and it's a MAJOR RED FLAG when a white "professional" chooses not to listen to a person of color. I immediately turned around and left the facility because I wasn't going to go back and forth, especially about my bladder being emptied. I felt like I wasn't being heard nor respected. If I needed to empty my bladder-I would've gone, simple! But I literally had gone before I was called. Won't be going back! Will be reporting that technician as well!

The staff was friendly and professional. They were comforting as I expressed I was nervous. When I had to drink before my test they came to check on me and offered words of encouragement. I really appreciated the extra special care they gave to me and the others who came to the office.

Everyone was so polite & helpful. I was seen within my appointment window & the receptionist was so sweet & helpful. Thank you!

Disability inaccessible. There is a large staircase going down, so if you have injury you cannot go down unless they sit you in large chair which is insane- they do have elevator that is always out of service. Public that uses it is hostile and needs to mind their own business. It surprised me that people want to bud into your business where their nose doesn't belong and be rude about it. Staff goes from obnoxious to polite from 0 to 100 and backward so you cannot predict how to react to them.

I had been calling to get the result of my husband’s CT scan. I understand that he needs to authorize it. So when I called the second time to request the result, i added my husband in the call. But I was so disappointed when the lady from LHR ended the call when my husband was already on the line. It is so disappointing knowing that when u call their office, it takes sooooo long to be answered. Besides, he was told that the result will be given to his doctor after 2 days. When I called, it is already the 3rd day, yet no result was given to the doctor. I even told her that we badly need his result because tomorrow is his appointment with the urologist.

Very pleasant staff. I did have a waiting period but they did call me in advance to inform me they were running late, I just happen to be very early. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Today I took my mom had ct scan. Her appointment was 9: 50am. I got the call from the office three days before her appointment. They told me to come half an hour early and making sure my mom finished to drink barium two hours before her appointment. We got there at 9: 15am. However, we have to wait until 10: 40am and I have to ask the girl at the from desk. She will tell the technician. However, I had to wait ten minutes later, I have to speak with the office manager, then a few minutes later, they call my mom in. This is very unprofessional. I think these from desk should be retraining. Ps mom is eighty eight. This is not right at all.

I went to go get an mri done and the workers there were so nice and they really took care of you well.

Reception service at 8 am was terrible. I had an 8am appointment, arrived 20 min in advance as advised, and the single receptionist there was still struggling to process a half dozen people before me. Wait time was unacceptable.
The worst: she told me the phone appointment which I actually got a confirmation for, was FOR A DIFFERENT DATE. Appalling.
I would have given ZERO stars, if that were a viable option

I was there today for a MRI and a x-ray, the process was seamless. I couldn't believe the ease with which I was able to complete both. Very professional.

I wish I could give this place no stars! The “women” at the front desk are so ghetto and unprofessional. The women with the bob wig on was speaking very nasty to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable giving any of my personal information to them. I have been to 2 other lenox hill radiology places associated with them and did not feel like this… I just felt so uncomfortable with these rude women that i decided to leave and reschedule my appointment at the downtown Brooklyn location or Ralph ave. These unprofessional ladies are the worst. Make an appointment someplace else. I forget to add the reason left and left this review is because i didn’t know that you had to sign the sheet and wait to be called… after one the ladies asked me “do you have an appointment”? She said “sign the book and have a seat”. While I was walking away the lady with the wig on had something to say about me. I didn’t come there to be talked about and given dirty looks, that’s why I left this review and left the office.

I had a procedure done they was on schedule. The team was on point from the front end to the back in. Keep up the good work guys.

Yesterday I came early, waited hour an half to not be seen. Was late for work. Received a call from Lenox, apologizing and asking to come back tomorrow. Was seen today, front desk girl was sweetheart and very caring. Quick wait time less than 10 min, and X-ray tech was very professional. Thank you for reaching out and I’m happy I came back.

Very unprofessional place I have ever seen, firstable technician are slow and rude, not clean, we had an appointment at 3 pm for mri and mammogram, we are arrived at 2 pm, and we have been seen at 3.45pm only almost 2 hours of waiting period. I had a kid with me imagine kid were waiting with me for two hours almost and also the whole procedure time. It took us almost 3.5-4 hours that’s insane. I am not going back to this place. Extremely disappointed, if I could give a 0 star I would: (
