Everything went well. The tech I saw was very friendly. She walked me through all the steps to make me feel comfortable as this was the first time

My visit to the Plainview location was extremely satisfactory. The check in receptionist was pleasant and that set the tone. The most amazing part of my experience was my technician Tom, he’s one of the kindest, humble and personable individual you can meet. He explained all the steps and offer his support throughout the process. Thanks Tom! People like you makes the world a better place!

The people and staff at the location were very nice and very helpful.
Lenox Hill Radiology the company is the worst company ever to deal with. Couldnt make appointment online or reach anyone to make one. Tried 4 times. Had to drive to the Plainview office just to make the appointment.
How they run a hospital and medical service company is being me.

Today Nov 22, I had a procedure done and was so nervous, the nurses my angels from heaven Lisa and Christine was so kind and so supportive. I felt like I known them all my life I only met them today for the 1st time! Dr. Newman complemented the entire process too what a package! I felt blessed to have met such caring kind people! Apparently, this place went down hill. You have to listen to a nonsense for an extended period of time and nobody picks up a phone. Gave up after 10 min on hold.

When you make an appointment. You expect to get attended in a prompt manner not called just 30 min before (already on my way to the facility which takes me 40min to get) that you had a double booking mistake from one of the staff. We had to wait almost 2 hours to get a 15min job done and yet not even 1 apologized for this issue. What a joke from such a big corp. Very disappointed!

I had a great experience with everyone here. Twice in a row! The doctors, nurses, techs, and secretary’s were so nice and filled with knowledge here! I had a million questions about my tests being done twice… and they answered everything! Major thanks to Dr. Listhaus, Helen, and Laura! Such great people, with big hearts. The world needs more people like this. People who truly care! I’m amazed. I would totally give this place 100 stars if I were to be able to! Seriously thankful.

From making the appointment, getting authorization, confirming appointments to the day of the test LHR was very attentive and kind.
The MRI technician was calming and very nice.
I have used LHR more than once and will continue to do so.

Lenox at 146 Monetto Hill.
Dr Norman, Catherine and Lisa there Team was amazing. They made me feel so comfortable. I was so scared and Nervous but the way they took care of me. That’s is very impressive.
I would highly recommend to anyone to go to Lenox for there all kinds of need.
They have this 3 Wonderful women who take care if you so well and are very kind but very professionally handled and explained everything. And do everything to make you feel easy about it.

Dr Golo was gentle yet thorough. Kept checking on me that I was not having any pain. Patience and accommodating. It was a good experience and no pain. Took my fears away.

Made me feel very comfortable since I tend to be claustrophobic when I had an MRI. Did everything to make me feel relaxed and checked on me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this facility.

My experience getting X-rays, was very comfortable and the ladies that took care of me, Tracey and Theresa were friendly and humorous! Great experience!

I had to have an ultrasound today on my leg. I was able to get an appointment right away. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The technician was great! She talked to me an explained everything! I enjoyed my experience there very much!

Everything went as smooth as I had hoped for and Angela the technician was as sweet as my father had said she was as he had a test the day before! She was welcoming, friendly, comforting, and assuring. This was the last appointment on a 95 degree day! As an manager I appreciate people who do their job well and are highly effective! What an asset

This is the second time I've been here for a Level II Sonogram, both times were awesome. The staff are super friendly and answer any questions you have with patience and respect. Ruth was our Ultrasound technician for both of our kids and she makes you feel like family, my husband and I absolutely love her. Genuinely a great experience whenever I come here for whatever reason.
