Lenox Hill Radiology Union Square Diagnostic Imaging West, New York NY

My appointment happened 45 minutes late. There was no communication about them running late and even after asking them to inform me and everyone else of further delays they made no effort to inform people that they were running an hour behind schedule by 10am.

Possibly the best medical office experience I’ve ever had in my 16 years living in NYC. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I arrived early and was seen almost right away. I felt like they were handling my information sensitively and responsibly, and that it wasn’t getting lost down some medical records inventory rabbit hole. Granted the automated reminders their system sends are a bit excessive, but truthfully I needed them because I’m not good at staying on top of things. I would return here without hesitation.

The team was kind and patient and thorough. Very timely as well. Could not have asked for a better on site experience at the west 15th street location.

The entire staff were extremely helpful with a referral issue however the staff was able to resolve issue and I was able to get my exams taken care of.

Waited for an hour after my appointment time and was then finally called in. Was told i would be done in 20 minutes but it actually took an hour. Also wasn't told in advance I would have an IV.
Would suggest giving patients better guidance as this has completely disrupted my day.

Love this radiology! I was there 15 mins before my appointment, and they were able to exam me with no wait time and done in 15 mins! Staff are all friendly and very welcoming. It’s so important to have friendly technicians during the awkward process of mammogram!

Waiting took 2 hrs for a procedure that lasted 5 min. Dressing room was messy and not well lit. No tissues in the bathroom.

I made it early to my appt, the place is clean, quiet and very organized. The staff was amazing

Do not come here. Was in the waiting room for two and a half hours. Receptionist is extremely unprofessional and should be honest about wait times to all of the waiting patients who asked for updates. Such a waste of time for a three minute scan.

Water intake prior to ultrasound. No assistance is provided to the patient to find or make sure that the patient finds the water and continues drinking.

I scheduled at this location based on the availability on the day that worked best with my schedule (Saturday). I called twice and confirmed I could get an x-ray after my MRI and they said yes, that would be scheduled as a walk in. I was shocked to discover there are no x-rays at this location on Saturday, and the schedulers I spoke with did not inform me. They were over an hour and a half delayed, so it was too late for me to go to another location to get the x-days that day. My doctors office is in contact with the patient liaison services as there was something not followed fully based on my script.

I spoke with Daniel (he was emailed based on the number shared with me below) and he helped facilitate communication between the radiologist and my doctor. He also is going to help look into why I was scheduled at this location when they do not do x-rays on Saturday. He has followed-up, my report is currently getting updated, and he has followed-up and called me back, which I truly appreciate.

This is a lovely facility on a quiet mixed-use (residential and business) street. I love that the techs are all women and that I'm treated with kindness and respect.

West 15th street? Sorry you gotta go to East 22. Open till 5? Sorry we closed at 4 because of “backlogs” phone? Sorry this is a call center we don’t have information about the specific locations. Bottom line? No x-Ray no nothing. Completely useless. A total waste of time.

Scheduling was very easy. Provided reminders of appointment. And the people working there were friendly and gave clear communication.

They canceled my Thursday appointment without checking to see if my insurance had approved the visit. They rescheduled me for a Saturday afternoon. There was only one other person ahead of me but I had to wait for over an hour. Not very efficient.
