Optometrist LensCrafters reviews
12I was in Hamburg, NY tending to a family emergency and realized that I had left my contacts (dailies) at home (Pennsylvania). I called LensCrafters at McKinley Mall and spoke with Frank. I had my current prescription with me and he kindly gave me a sample pack to get me though the weekend. What a life-saver! Thanks Frank for taking care of me during a difficult time.
Went in for new glasses and Taylor was so knowledgeable when explaining the products to me. I’m new to the “progressive” lenses and she made it very easy to finally make the switch.
Everyone was extremely attentive to all my needs, room their time to address any of my concerns and ensured I was taken care of throughout my entire experience
Great staff there for getting glasses. The dr could use some personality, but I would recommend for eye exam. Very detailed exam. The whole process was great.
Easy to schedule an appointment. Lots of frames to choose from. Many options for lenses. Friendly and professional staff.
The staff is awesome, Mitch helped me with picking glasses, and all the bells and whistles, as well as getting me the best price for everything I needed including contact lenses. He was so nice and the rest of the staff was also so friendly and helpful! The dr was knowledgeable although he didn't seem like much of a people person. Overall, very happy with my experience here and will definitely be back for any of my eyeball needs
Great hours compared to private facilities. All the staff are eager to help. Strong focus on customer service. Thanks!
Don’t understand the bad reviews, got taken care of right away and got the right lenses for me with the help of the staff. Great staff!
Glasses broke said they cant do nothing to fix. Went somewhere else just needed a screw. NEVER WILL RETURN TO THAT STORE!
Jason is the man! He truly cares about everyone in that store & it shows. New staff & excellent service. Affordable prices and Dr. Shalini was a pleasure to work with. Give this location a chance!
I'm not sure as to why there are negative reviews here. I was there in May. I made an appointment, was there in one day and taken care of immediately.staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I received my glasses in less than a week. Great frames and great lenses.
I think majority of people think that just because they have a walk in policy that that means you should be taken care of immediately. Schedule an appointment before hand and you won't have to deal with that! At least in my experience!
And if you have a long wait time I'm sure they are not sitting around having fun and making you wait on purpose. I deal with this same exact criticism at my place of employment. The general public now a days is too impatient! So what if you walk in and are not taken care of for 5 minutes? That's a bad thing? It's a freaking doctors office! Expect to wait
Lens Crafters is great! Thanks lens Crafters!
