My mother and I had such a great experience. The eye doctor was very informative and listened to our concerns. Dolly was amazing at assisting with selecting the right glasses, and features for the lenses. Will definitely recommend this location

The warm, intelligent and incredibly caring staff at this Lenscrafters is the reason I return time and time again. It's been a 10+ year relationship I've had with this branch and they continue to go above and beyond to make their customers feel like family. I leave feeling relieved, taken care of and worry-free. Not only will you leave this store with beautiful lenses and and a wonderful experience, but with peace of mind knowing you were in great hands with people who truly care and know what they are doing. If I could rate over 5 stars, I gladly would!

A customer rep helped us at first, she was quite rude, and then when we approached her to pay, she walked to a customer who had just come in and started helping her. We stood there, waiting. Luckily, 15 minutes later 057020 Kim came to the rescue when she finished with her client. Kim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Kim but not the store overall.

Dr. Hauser is amazing! In the many many years of him doing my eye exams, he has always been professional and nice. He always makes sure to explain what he is doing and why, and has always answered any of my questions thoroughly and respectfully. Another highlight for me in my eight years coming to this LensCrafters’ would without a doubt be the other wonderful employees. They are genuinely some of the nicest people and are always extremely kind to me. Thank you all so much for keeping my eyes healthy and my vision clear all these years!

Terrible experience. Took 4+ weeks to receive my glasses. Kim and Ileana are incompetent and its very clear why LensCrafters IS NOT recommend by the Better Business Bureau.

Already submitted a complaint to corporate via the link that will be mentioned below. Have not received a response weeks later.

I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as the store failed to deliver the services they agreed to provide. I will also be soliciting the advice of the attorney as the Store Manager failed to even apologize for the weeks of delays.

Ileana, maybe you should spend more time focusing on your customers instead of posting reviews of your own business.

Dr. Hauser is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I will definitely be returning to his optometry practice. He offered me helpful explanations of my retinal scan as well as detected slight changes in my eye sight to correct it to 20-20 vision. I was able to book an appointment very quickly which is a huge plus. I am very happy with my experience.

I went into lens crafters today to try and salvage a pair of Ray Bans I have. Unfortunately they are old amd no longer available. The associate Dolly nonetheless tightened and cleaned the lenses and even offered another possible solution to replace the lenses I have. Thanks so much for your help

We have purchased several pairs of glasses at this lens crafters. They are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Today, they stayed late for my son to have his new lenses after his prescription change. I highly recommend this location.

My experience at Lens Crafters Scarsdale was AMAZING. Nathalie helped when I had an emergency situation. I lost my glasses and she helped me right away to get new frames and lenses. She took her time explaining everything to me and helped me along the way until I finally got my glasses. This was the most excellent customer service that I’ve received at any Lens Crafters. She always 1) helps me pick out a style (it’s hard to see what you like if you can’t see). 2) prices our different options to meet my budget. 3) does it with happiness and friendliness. At any age buying your first pair is so overwhelming. From the various styles they offer to the details with your insurance plans and co pays I can truly say within the first five minutes between Anthony and Steven they made me feel so comfortable that day. I lost my glasses over the weekend and I was completely loss. I went to Lenscrafters at the Scarsdale location. I absolutely loved the selection of glasses. Although they do not participate with my union insurance. I saved much more money. I will be coming here from now on. Customer service is A+. Dolls. A special thanks to Little Angela. I appreciate you going out of your way for me.

Tonight I stopped in hoping to find and buy new glasses (my Ray-Bans were on backorder). My husband and I left completely satisfied with our purchase and with the customer service given to us by Dolly. I felt like we were catching up with an old friend. How many people can say they had a great conversation while purchasing glasses?

This was our second time visiting and purchasing glasses from this location, the employees are helpful and friendly. We will continue coming here for our family’s needs.

My husband and I have been going to LensCrafters in Eastchester for over 20 years. They are by far the best place to go for glasses. Dr Hauser is so sweet and attentive and he cares about his patients. The staff here have always helped us find the best frames and they have a large selection. They get busy so good to go off peak times or be patient. Overall 5 stars for customer service all around!

Jaculine was so friendly and helpful. The store was quite busy but she took the time to choose the right lenses for my sunglasses, make sure I had the proper frame & lens combo and priced out my choices. Finally, we placed the order and the entire process was pleasant and professional. I cannot wait to receive my sunglasses and I appreciate Jaculine’s help.
